I would give you 5 stars except for one thing. I asked a question, customer service asked for pictures, I sent pictures, but never received a response or recommendation from my question. Someone blanked out I guess. I love the Blumotion hinges that I had to guess would replace the current self-closing hinges. Key word is "guess" because I did not get a confirmation that the part numbers I was ordering was a correct retrofit, even anter sending pictures per customer service's request. Hence, why I am only giving two stars for the initial inquiry to send pictures to provide additional help, which didn't come. Perhaps they saw that I had all ready ordered the parts based on my best guess and a reply would have been redundant.
I received the part to fix my cabinet very quickly. It was the exact part I needed as I checked the broken part which had the part number on it. It was easy to find the replacement on your website. If I ever need another cabinet part I will definitely order from you. Thank you!
Fairly easy, except determining what the model number is of the mounted drawer slide being replaced. Should have the model number easily visible from either the slide attached to the drawer, or the slide mechanism mounter inside the cabinet. Only thing was the name Accuride name and what looks like a stamped manufacture date of 06 10 03.
Service was excellent and selection was great.

Web site and purchase was easy. Shipping was reasonably quick. The price seemed comparative to other stores. The drawer slides were packed well and shipped with out issues. However the slides seem to have a very heavy grease that gets everywhere. Also the movement seems very stiff due to the grease as well.
