I appreciated the ability to order just the part I needed. Unfortunately the part was cheap but shipping was not. I do understand why, and it was still cheaper than buying the whole hinge.

I needed help figuring out what part to order and everyone I spoke with was very helpful!

The site was easy to navigate and the ordering process was easy. My order arrived within a week. The parts are exactly as described and work great. I will be ordering again as the need arises.

Over all good experience, one issue is the screws were lost in shipping.

Order came missing multiple items, customer service has been unbelievably slow to to respond. At this my order is still incomplete and not sure if I will ever receive it. I understand with the the pandemic things might be a little messed up, but I haven't had anywhere near this bad of an experience before. Highly disappointed.
