This company has the worst customer service I've run into in a long time. If you don't care what week, month or year you receive your order, then ignore this review. But if you place an order, hoping to receive simple, in-stock parts in a reasonably timely fashion (several weeks), BEWARE. And forget about LiveChat (they tell u to call customer service). When you call, you will be on hold for an interminable about of time OR you can choose the 'call me back' option, and you will get a call-back which is immediately disconnected. This company is an absolute joke. I should mention that they are very efficient at charging your credit card & take your money, but that apparently is no guarantee they will supply the product. Buyer beware!

Your shipping costs are high. I normally order from a different site but where out of stock on some items, they ship for free if I order more then $75.00.

I love the hinges, they fit perfectly...i have one question...i ordered 50 pair of hinges, when i meant to order just 50 hinges. I have like 43 extra...is there a way to ship them back to you, in that i don't need them?
