Have not received the order yet.!

I have contacted them 4-5 times, via chat, phone, website, they have not authorized my return. Search for this company on other sites show similar complaints and abysmal reviews. Do not order from them, this is a scam company.

Shelves ordered is what I expected.

I ordered two cabinet drawer slides, they are excellent quality. However it took too long for them to be delivered, so I bought the parts at home Depot. When the parts arrived I wanted to return them, however I would have paid shipping both ways. Which was not a good option. The product was still great.

I was so happy to find the cabinet part on your site. I had searched all over for the cabinet hinges in stores and on line to no avail. The hinges arrived in a timely manner and they were a perfect fit. Thanks for carrying hard to find older parts!

I received my items and I understand it's a trash can we're talking about but it's an expensive trash can. I received all of my trash cans scratched and scuffed. I called customer service and was on hold for 15 minutes and gave up.

I was supposed to receive a quart of touch-up paint with my cabinet order but it was missing. I contacted customer service and sometime later I received a small envelope with a touch-up paint pen instead of the quart of paint.
Last year I ordered the same cabinets for my daughters house and received my quart of paint so I don't know why there was a change in sending the expected quart of paint.
