Prompt delivery, part as ordered.

I have sent several request to return the hinges that I ordered, but I have received no response. I chatted online with support, and they directed me to the returns link. I followed the instructions, but have received no response. I need to return the hinges. Can someone help me please?

Need to install it

I bought 2 packages but in the midst of the job, I realized there was not any screws nor the plugs. I had to use the old hinges and used the old plugs but got it to work. The hinges are useless without the screws and plugs.

Items were as described and exactly what I was looking for

Service was easy to use with helpful instructions as to the appropriate part to buy. Unfortunately, the parts that I received did not fit my cabinets. I tried to reach the company to order the correct part, but was unable to do so (i.e., no phone number). As a consequence, I purchased the correct parts locally.

Was OK. All items arrived together and were what I ordered. Packaging just made it here. Very close to losing contents in some of the packages.

The wait times to speak to a rep for product clarification, returns, etc. are EXCESSIVE and call backs are rare at best. In fairness, once a rep is contacted, the service is generally helpful and responsive.
