About month ago I place order amount $8.91 and paid for second day delivery extra $17.15. Delivery was as regular for 6 business days. I return item in second day after delivery and receive money back $8.91 only three weeks later. Total I lost money and waste time for communication with service staff. Double check your order if you plase on CabinetParts. Do not recommend this store!

Not sure if my hinge is the correct one.

I bought wrong size tried to return. The Email referred me to a refund page that my po # would not work. It was a day or 2 between each of the emails still trying to return. They don't accept usps for returns?

It was good. Purchased during COVID-19 lockdowns, so response time to a chat question was much longer than normal. However, answer was received, product was ordered and package received. Thanks

The part I ordered was listed as a substitute for an existing hinge. It isn't. So I'm not happy in that I received wrong part but it was inexpensive enough that I don't want to deal with this anymore

Great, but I should have called. Wrong brand apparently. Don't fit my reciever plates. It was an experiment.
