I wanted to order Hafele lighting. The sales associate that I talked with knew little to nothing about there products and said that I would be put in contact with a lighting specialist----who never became available. I finally basically guessed at which components that I would need and placed an on line order. Luckily I did pretty well and only had to order two extension cables to complete my project. Shipping was very fast and prices were good but customer service----not so much.
Easy to navigate, however, there is no "continue shopping" button when i look at my card. Also, let me know if screws are included with hinges and plates. Would also be good to know estimated delivery time frame. Also, too a really long time to get the order.

I ordered the cabinet drawer And slides, they care when expected. Only thing I didn't read I have to assemble it, but that was my fault. Great company to work with and pricing is very fair.
The gentleman was very good, but I don't think he fully understood the issue. He explained that I would get the drill piece separately, I understood, but he didnt understand the issue with the hinges. The hinges ordered were KV-8080HKEZSEB. I received KV8080HKS-SAL-EB. The statement said could not match the my part number. On the ones I received the two pieces that mount to the frame of the cabinet do not have the oiled bronze/black finish, they are silver colored.

Hinges came as ordered with hardware. Two screws could not be used so short two screws.
