Wouldn't cancel yet to be shipped order.

Ordered some drawer slides and was told they wouldn't be shipped for 2 days. Called to cancel first thing the next morning and was told it would be taken care of then received email stating they couldn't cancel because it was being prepared. AWFUL SERVICE!

Terrible service and communication
October 27, 2021

It has been 26 days since I ordered some cabinet hardware from Cabinet Parts.com. It has not arrived. I tried to find contact info for this company but it seems the only way to communicate is with email. So, I write an email stating my problem: "I have been waiting over two weeks for the product and it has not arrived." The response I get this:

Your order was delivered on Oct 21,2021. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Really? Problem solved? They state my order was delivered! No, it was not, no assurance that this will be looked into further, nothing.

So I write again and I get a message that they have received my request, they will look into it and get back to me.

I reply stating they did not address my problem, they did not even acknowledge that I did not receive the order, no confirmation of a delivery notice, nothing. I get another email stating that my order has been replaced and the system will be updated. I have to wait again for a reply

All of this could have been resolved with a simple photo call but to save money they are one of the many establishments that decide to inconvenience their customers by having to communicate through emails.
I wonder if anyone else has had the same experience.

Hinge replacement

I need to replace several cabinet hinges which I bought several years ago. Based on the warranty they are free of charge. When I called Cabinetparts.com's phone number I was directed to their website. The company website was useless. HELP and CHAT consist of fixed topics which did not allow me to write anything relevant to my case.

A complete rip off

We needed to order some cabinet hardware, a $430 order. This part has been in short supply so before we placed the order, we contacted them. Their faq said it would tell you if it was not immediately available. No such mention. Placed the order, claimed it would ship today. If we wished to cancel we had a thirty minute window to do so. Three hours later, an email that it would be a month before shipping. Tried cancelling online, too late. Called to cancel, they place a ticket to cancel and that was it. No email confirming. Called later, same thing and nothing. Check reviews and see that they have a history of doing this. I will not use them, I never do this to a business but I do not recommend anyone buy from them

Customer Service After Sale is TERRIBLE
March 26, 2021

They were very helpful in how to measure my kitchen sink cabinet which needed a replacement hinge.
I followed their instructions on how to replace and install. The doors ended up over lapping each other by 1/16+". I have called at least 5 times to get help as there is not adjustment screw on these hinges. All I get is sent to a chat which says they will contact the core team and an email saying my request has been updated. It also gives me instructions on how to measure my cabinet to purchase hinges. I can not get a live person to call or respond to the problem which i stated in my email. Their POST SALE Customer service is terrible. They insulate themselves with no way to speak to anyone!

They would not allow an order to be canceled immediately after placing it, on a Sunday, because they said it was "too far along in process". This would mean an order can never be canceled and this should be stated when ordering. Of course a return is possible, but shipping parts both ways costs a lot and you end up with nothing.
Whether people, or a business ethics matter. I wish I would have read reviews prior to my order, you are smarter than I. Cabinets and parts are everywhere, work with an ethical company.

The CABINET is not what you receive when you order plate rack.
You get about $10 worth of dowels. They didn't take a return. Don't waste your money. Go to Lowe's and buy dowels. RIP OFF

Purchase $70 of parts on Aug 22 for ship on Aug 26 po P*******. On Aug 26 received email shipment delayed to Sep 26. I went online immediately on Aug 26 chat and requested cancelling. I have copy of chat summary. Told I would hear on cancellation. Heard nothing. On Sept 18th saw they had already billed me on paypal despite Invoice claim billing with shipment. Filed claim with PayPal for refund. Send another email to Cabinet Parts with copy of Aug 26 chat request for cancellation. No response. On Sep 28 received another notice from CabinetParts that shipment delayed until Oct 19th. Again contacted. No response. On Oct1, received parts. Of course, I had finished my project month earlier. PayPal denied claims as delivery occurred. I filed return and sent back paying $40 UPS shipment. So I am out $110 so far. No communication from CabinetParts. I am writing off the $110.
Nov 2020 update. I did find a partial refund that I think is 80% of the original amount credited relatively promptly to my account. So only out about $60 now. Bumped to 2 stars.
