Originally very ticked off with this company - didn't get what I wanted twice in ordering and then had a very hard time getting a human to talk to. But then, a sales manager actually called me and fixed up my problems and sent me what I needed. So, a bit frustrating of an experience at first - but then in the end, they took care of me. Would be a great company if they fixed the initial interface to get service.

Order came as ordered and super fast. Very pleased with services. And how easy it was to complete my order. Great job...

Prices are competitive and service is solid. Products are good quality, and they communicate well with the buyer.

Parts look good but the size didn't fit my cabinets and there don't seem to be any measurements listed to help prevent this from happening. Looking at the pictures they look identical to my current ones that i need to replace a few BUT the center piece is slightly wider so my slow close mechanism won't fit with these. It's really a shame that one more sentence could have prevented this from happeing. This is a seemingly rare part to find as i searched for it last year and could only find in india. Shipping was quick so the seller is reliable just wish the description was improved.

I bought the wrong part from you. Your site didn't list the part I actually needed - I since got the right part from Baldwin. I want to return the part. Please let me know how to do so.

Ordered replacement parts for two cabinets that needed new magnets to properly close cabinet doors. Order took only 4 days from order date to delivery date. This was great service and parts arrived in perfect condition.

My order for two different styles of hinges arrived sooner than CP predicted. Good news as I knew what I wanted having ordered from them many times. Second hinge for a lazy Susan was incorrect and I could sense the rep I talked to didn't understand. Found exactly what I needed on Amazon at 1/3 the price, Bad news. Over the years I have dealt with CP there are two caveats: Know what you want and explain long and hard until you are sure the rep understands. Because the parts may/ usually come from disparate sources, precise communication is essential. Returning merchandise is not easy and often not worth it. Great website though, as long as you know what you want. Be sure the item is exactly what you need.

I ordared what I needed and it was sent then arrived in a resealable time. The price was good and the probuct was just what I needed.

I received both orders, but they are not installed, since the boxes will not be delivered until Dec. 1-2022

I'd love it if Customer Service would honor my order. Website was coded for Polished Chrome, I clearly ordered Polished Nickel. No exchange, per customer service. I'm spent almost $2,000 and ordered 80+ pieces of cabinet hardware. I just want them to make these 6 pieces right. I've had to revert to the BBB to try and resolve. #cabinetpartscom

Ordered cabinet handles on Sunday and they arrived on Wednesday! Drop ship directly from Hickory/Belwith Keeler and all 50 handles were exactly what I ordered without any quality control issues. Got a good price on them through Cabinetsparts.com. Would buy from them again.

Tried canceling my order in 24 hours because item was almost double what Amazon was and shipping was way longer then what was advertised when I bought it. They wouldn't let me cancel so now I have to return. They are charging $10 for me to return the item. Returns are not free. Im even located right next to there offices in south Florida and they wouldn't even let me just drop it off.

Timely delivery. Good quality products. The only complaint I have is being forced to write 100 characters on a review you asked me to do. So it's ironic that the only negative thing I have about your company, is your review process. Is this enough characters now?
