Easy to order from. Received my order within a week. Everything was correct and in good condition. The only drawbacks were there was nothing that said screws were or weren't included. And after the initial credit card payment there was an additional $1.97 charge, with no explanation on what it was for.

Items arrived on a Saturday. I opened the boxes and notice a pair of slides were missing. There was a hole in the corner of the box, so it could have possible fallen out during transit. I left a message Saturday and had a confirmation that the replacement slides were shipped Monday. You can't ask for any better service than that.

Having used the VLS 2.0 undermount slides previously, I was confident enough to fabricate my drawer boxes for my current project in advance because I knew I could count on the exact fit once I installed the slides. My only reason for four stars vs five is, I don't understand why the proper screws can't be provided along with the slides? Saves time not having to make extra trip to hardware store just to get the correct screws.

Purchased new Hera LED under cabinet lighting to replace Hera fluorescents. Hera designs like for like sizes and connectors so the upgrade can be easy. Unfortunately no one at cabinet parts knew how that could be done exactly so they gave me the wrong part numbers and I had to go figure it out on my own to get the right stuff. Oh well at least they had the right models to sell to me
