The email responses took to long and when the part was 2 days longer then said arrival date I sent a email to check on the status and never got a response, however the part arrived the next day.

Although the items that I ordered arrived timely, I received no information whatsoever on tracking or shipment confirmation. My contact with the company was equally lacking. Good product, good delivery. Terrible communication.
Wow! Super fast response on my replacement hinge inquiry. Easy and complete instructions on how to find a hinge that will work. No sooner did I send the email when I received a reply. So far, I'm very happy with the service. UPDATE: Super fast delivery, and the replacement parts fit perfectly! VERY very happy. Will now be my go-to website for my DIY cabinetry parts. Choosing cabinet pulls was difficult without actually seeing and touching the pull. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a store that carried the product I wanted to see and evaluate. Descriptions online were not as easily understood or enough for a complete 'picture' of the item. I took a risk with the info given and hoped the pulls would be satisfactory: fit, function, and look.
