They came in a timely manner

My order was supposed to ship by 7/11. I never received shipment notification. I called customer service on 7/13 and was told it would ship that day. By 7/18, I still had not gotten shipment notification. I called and customer service got back to me that it had been delivered that day and who signed for the order.

The quality of parts ordered is excellent and the customer service is top notch. We mistakenly ordered some parts that were the wrong size, and the company accepted the parts for return, making the process as simple and low hassle as possible. This company is our 'go to' source!
