You shipping department shipped via ups even though I gave you a PO Box address for delivery. UPS would not deliver and I had to drive to the UPS warehouse in another city at 8:00 pm to pick up my package!

I was looking for replacement hinges for my kitchen cabinets. The hinge was no longer made by the manufacturer. I went to the cabinetparts.com website and followed the directions on the video to send them pics of the hinge. Scott was the rep who got back to me with a suitable replacement in less than an hour. I ordered the hinges and received them in a week. Perfect fit!

The parts came in a timely fashion and worked - I appreciated the thorough descriptions that were available on the website. Originally, I ordered a similar product from another company that didn't work. I was just trying to replace a broken cabinet glider (original was discontinued) - who knew you needed to examine spec sheets for a company's entire line of cabinet gliders to make sure it would fit the width of the sides of your cabinets (since that particular, vital measurement is not mentioned in the product number or description).
