I purchased hinges twice within a couple of weeks. Both times package delivery was accurate and prompt, although the second time took a few more days than the first. I was completely satisfied.

I did return for credit 40 of the hinges from my first purchase because I made a mistake and ordered too many. Several weeks have passed and I have yet to be credited for the 40 hinges I returned.

Lowest price on this particular hinge that I could find anywhere. Ordering process was simple, order was received on time, and the part was installed without issue.
