I am a victim of Buytrend. I spent US$ 129.20 for five items but never recieved it. They keep on emailing me they will send but never received it. Such a liar and intention of fraud. My order no is ************** and if they care about their customer i am happy to receive it. But i don't think thy will care as they already receive my money. I will be publishing all the email conversation on social media to make clear how they are treating with their client. Thanks

I bought the Womens leisure Thicken DetachableFaux Fur Hooded Long Coat Black for $59.99. This coat is two sizes to small for me and I think that the coat was marked wrong for sizing. I always wear a medium but on coats I get a large. The coat I can not even get it on my arms and it fits a 10 year old little girl so I really think the sizing is wrong. I really like the coat but I need a much larger one such as a xxlrg if they run this small.

Now you can buy from this company at your own risk and hope the items fit but guarteed they do not. It took me three months to get my order also and they said to be patient with no other explanation.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I thought I was buying my coat in the US but found out it was coming out of China which bothered me in the first place.
This is the first time I have bought from them and will never do it again.

I spent $22 dollars to mail those unfit and bad quality clothes back to buytrends with the returning address they provide me. The tracking number showed the package they already receive in Sep. Now already November, they said they never received my package and ask me to wait. Now their website even no longer available. Phone number suspended. How I get my refund. Plus. There are some clothes I paid. They said those are out of stock. Half a year already, But till now I still didn't get refund.

I only wish I had read All the reviews instead of the top couple before I placed my order. My son had a Brownlow night in which my daughter found a gorgeous dress from Buy Trends website (I too found lovely top). We placed our order well in advance so my daughter could make her twin brother proud, only for the order not to arrive. Query after query, Buy Trend have never once offered to re-send my order, offer a credit... nothing except for 'pls be patient'. The Brownlow been & gone & still no fckg order some 4mths later! If this company are loyal & good for their word, they would have re-sent our Order that they already took our money for. I will now make it my mission too have this place shut down. It's an absolute disgrace & what makes me even more angrier is that they are ripping off people without a care of the emotional upheaval that comes with it, let alone the $ they r taking. I have been polite over several emails but now it's beyond a joke.

I place a order with buytrends on Feb 4 2015. It is Now Oct. 21. I still have not received my order or a logical explanation as to where my order is or when I will be receiving it or my money back. I have sent in several complaints and request about my order and all I get back are these emails saying (please be assured they are looking into the matter!) It does not take 8 months to look into this matter! I am disgusted with this business and how tacky they handle problems for their customers! Never again! And I will spend the next 8 months making sure they don't continue stealing from hard working people!

BuyTrends is not the company I can trust. I ordered 2 items online. Both are the best seller items with 5 and 52 good reviews. They looked very nice, I thought that was a good buy no doubt. However, I was very disappointed when I received them. None of them looked like the photos on their site. Besides style, color and material discrepancy, length were shorter 3-4 inches (8-10 cm) from the description. Materials were very very cheap. I was so angry, it was fraud! I wish I could post my photo comparisons to show everybody. Who can trust them any more?

Waited several months for order to process, tried to cancel prior to them sending but was told over and over it was sent. We had a forward in for our new address but item was apparently sent back to them, 6 more months went by and they claimed they were still waiting for the item however the post office told me it was sent back. Its been almost 2 years and never received item r refund, this is the worse company ever and I hope they go out of business!

I ordered 2 pairs of 80's-style jeans that looked great on the site! Read the measurements carefully, and bought L. Site clearly said they were out on holiday for a 2-3 weeks, and after reading reviews from other Chinese wholesale sites, I figured my order would take about 2 months to get here, which it did. I emailed the customer service department after they should have returned from their holiday, got a response within a day or 2, and then another email a week and a half later saying the order had shipped.

The jeans themselves were actually decent quality, but like many others have said... way too small. I took out a tape measure and measured the material itself. The measurement was true to what it listed on the site (especially since it says to give or take 1-3 cm.) However, the cut of the jeans allowed NO room for anyone who has any butt or hips whatsoever or who has hit puberty, so I could not even pull the waist all the way up. I tried to sell them to someone who was a size 6, and she could not stretch them over her hips either. I ended up giving both pairs to an 11 yo prepubescent girl.

If they sold those jeans in an XXXL, I might actually try to order them again, since I loved the style of the jeans so much. But with the terrible things I've read when people tried to return and get a refund, it really doesn't seem worth the risk.

I knew it would be a "buyer beware" situation going into it and took the chance anyway, but I would not do it again. I gave it 2 stars because outside of the size, the jeans really did look just as they were pictured on the site, if not better.

My fiance ordered a dress for me from Buytrends. Because he didn't realize that women's sizing is so vastly different between manufacturers, he ordered a medium, which would typically fit me. The dress obviously does not fit, and it seems ridiculous that this company doesn't offer refunds. Other sites selling the exact same dress do offer refunds, so I would recommend trying others before buying here.

Not only is the dress too small in terms of bust and waist, the actual waistline of the dress sits on my chest. Even if I was rail-thin, I still couldn't make this thing wearable unless I was under four feet tall.

In addition, the quality of the dress is awful. The fabric is like plastic and incredibly see-through. The hems are frayed and the proportions look nothing like the image of the dress. It's like an awful, tiny prom dress.

Spend your money somewhere else.

I received my order today and I had to request a return immediately. I also tried to post this review on their website and they would not post it. My dress is L, as ordered but:
1. The hem line is unfinished: threads are hanging along the bottom part
2. The embroided veil on the bottom half is attached with the reversed side up: the blue flowers are facing the body
3. All measurements are off by way more than the 2-3 cm warning on the website. Length is off by 11 centimeters (81 versus 92).

I wrote to them and they were extremely rude, asking me to fix it myself, quoting them: "... so if convenient, please repair this dress by yourself"

I would give zero star if there has one. It took more than a month for the shipping. The size is too small but there's not refund. The material of clothes likes garbage. It costs 2 to 3 dollars at most but I paid 40 dollars! I will never never never buy anything or recommend to anyone about BuyTrends! Never trust them because they are just fraud and swindler.

I ordered a dress from Buy Trends for my graduation. I ordered a large the first time, which is a size 14-16. I said to myself if it is big I can make alterations and still have it ready for the graduation. When I received the dress it was a small, which is a size 8. I actually thought it was my fault. So, I ordered another dress same size, which was a large and was sent the wrong size AGAIN. I emailed the company to let them know about my annoyance with this situation, and they made it seem like it was my fault. They were not apologetic and consistently insinuated that it was my fault. All I wanted them to do was send me the right size, but they did not do that. I have spent 170 dollars with them, which would be my last. A total waste of money and I still have to go shopping for a graduation dress. I have learned my lesson and for now on I will be shopping in the States. To people that is thinking about buying anything look at all these dissatisfied customers. DO NOT GO NEAR BUY TRENDS

After placing an order, I too like many of you order an xlarge in jean. Very clearly does the size for US say that xl is = to a 14 - 16. Well, when I got it, it was a different pair of jean and the size was 29, which is a size 7-8. After contacting them, again the same bull*** they tell everyone, They told me that they have two sizes a number size and a letter size and they admitted to sending me a slighty different jean in letter sizing but that it was the right size. A 29 was an xl. No, I'm not stupid. It looks like only a small child or a very thin girl could wear this jean. Not even my big toe would fit. After numerous emails, and after I opened a dispute with paypal, then they once again admitted to me this: Dear,
Much sorry for making you so inconvenient. We can understand your feelings as a customer. Frankly speaking, we can not accept this kind of return because of the unsuitable size.

They also admitted to this: Moreover, the pants are in batch production, and the pants in the website and that you received belong to different batches, so there is little difference between the Popular Slim Holes on them.As what we said previously, there is two size labels in China: Letter size and Number size. For your item CU*******, our supplier uses the number label to mark the size instead of the letter size. We confirm that the size 29 is equal to the size XL on our website.

More lies, this site what it is, is a site that steals images from other sites. You place an order (the reason it takes so long, it's because they have to order it whole sale through someone else, in bulk) so then whatever they receive they sent to you. It is false advertising, they claim in China it's different size... however, what they are advertising are UK, US etc, sizes so again it's fraud. This business will eventually be shut down, it's just a matter of time.
