I purchased an item... did not get it so I had paypay investigate it. After 28 days the item arrived. Nothing should take that long! The item was poor quality and was very expensive! Will never purchase from them again! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BUYTRENDS!
It is so rubbish, their "oh so good customer service" hangs up the phone on you when you call them, i had to call 5 times, they cannot speak english, laugh and speak their own language then hang up the phone on you. They did not ship my items until 14 days after ordering! When I email them, they do not reply. I wanted to cancel my order after 7 days (Consumer right!) since they never got back to me, but they just ignored me... then they shipped it t a complete different person. I mean are they really that f*ing stupid? Now im chasing my money, and they keep sending me the same lame bull$#*! that they are investigating... worst company ever... NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN..
