UPDATE: I was confirmed by the Royal Mail that the package was delivered on February 4 (3 months ago). If any of you have any tips on sueing, message me, as I'm not stopping until I see their site down.
This has got the be the worse online shopping experience I've ever had! Bought the product in size L (which they said corresponds to size 14 UK) and it was barely a size 10, if not actually an 8. They refused to accept my return, saying that the sizes are listed on their website and I could only get them to accept the return after around 10 emails explaining that the sizes they have don't fit and that they are legally obliged to refund me within 30 days for whatever reason I have to return a product.
But the hassle continues! It took an additional 5 emails after they said ok, we will refund you just for them to give me the address (meanwhile they were trying to convince me not to return the package because you know, it's far, it might not make it, they won't refund me until they actually receive the package and all that). I've sent a SIGNED delivery to them, which was signed on 17 February. For 2 weeks they claimed to be on holiday and that they couldn't check and since then they claim they haven't received my package though THEY HAVE SIGNED FOR IT. I am currently investigating with UK Royal Mail as well, though be aware that it has been 3 months since I sent the package for refund and still have seen none of my money back.
Conclusion: Just don't buy from them. I won't quit until I get my money back and will post reviews about my experience and report them to whoever I can, but if you can avoid all the hassle, just do that.
Fabrics are cheap. Sizing is unpredictable. Prints and colors are not as pictured.No return policy for any reason, Insulting to all who patronize this sham of a business. This s a hoax. Clothing they send are not even good enough to use for rags. Do not even try with this site.
My order for the maxi dress was delivered on time and was packed nicely. I am so happy to see that the fitting of cap is perfect to my size. The color is also perfect. It is really lovely maxi dress.

I received my order 45 days after placing it and paid for expediated shipping. The items are not as described at all. I purchased a jacket and it is so small it fits my size 00 daughter yet I went off the measurements located on the site. I am very disappointed in this entire transaction and will never order from buytrends again. I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering seems to be the way they operate.

I bourght a jacket from them, did not look to confirm the adress was correct, unfortunatly it was not, so it was returned to them. When i saw it was incorrect i corrected it and stupid as i was ordered same jacket, when i got it the sieze was way of, suppose to be xxl, just a size bigger than i normally use, but for the life of me i cannot fit it. I have now been waiting for over 4 months for my refund and been given nothing but bull$#*! for a talk that it takes longer for things to return. I cant belive that it takes 4 month. I wish i had looked for reviews b4 i shopped there. I cannot recomend this place to anyone. Bad service and their seizes are way off.
And the E-mail they send, yet Again not helpfull at all, just another excuse, not our fault, mail slow, not recived it blablabla. A truck load of B. S... STAY AWAY is my advice. I will contact paypal to see how i get my money back since they can't get their act together and do somthing more helpful this..

Do not buy from this site. They are a fraud. I bought a dress and what I got was a cheap imitation and had to throw it or because it looked like a 5 year sewed it. They said it was the same dress it just that the photo limitations may not make look the same in real life. Clearly they tried to imitate a dress and sell it to people but when you receive it and want to return it, they claim that it's impossible because I have no legitimate reason for refund.

Do not order from this site waste of money. I am L but XXL just in case they ran small. At best what I received is a small. There is no refund so I just wasted 200 bucks. I'm highly upset, never again. Wish I would have checked this site before ordering.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I was a fool and did not research this co. Before I ordered. Took FOREVER AND THE QUALITY IS SHODDY AND CHEAP. I ordered 4 dresses from them and wear a size 8, I purchased XL in all of them and looked at the sizing chart, none of the XL could fit anyone that was not a size 4. No refunds and I'm stuck with crappy dresses that have 1,000 threads hanging off of them. BUYER BE AWARE. I have also placed a complaint against them with PAYPAL, THEY SHOULD NOT OFFER THEIR SERVICES TO THEM AT ALL. EXTREMELY DIS-SATISFIED.

I have not ordered anything, but there are MANY things I'd like to purchase for my daughter... But, after reading all the reviews, I am afraid to purchase anything. Your company does not stand behind the customer. You refuse to give refunds. You ship out after months. No one is trusting you anymore. We all work hard for our money, why would we want to throw it away? What guarantee do we, as customers, have in getting prompt attention, correct measurements, no double orders and then having to choose something else with a discount, (when double order was placed by your company). No thank you! What a shame! You would have made a lot of business, especially from the USA, but we don't function the way you do. I'm sorry. Once you get a "real" seal, and straighten up your act, then we may. As for now, we customers are not interested in this scam.

I ordered some jeans and checked the measurements they provided carefully. The jean sizes are very small and not comparable to U.S. sizes at all. They would not refund my money, and actually tried to give me a discount on a future purchase! I declined because I would never buy from them again, plus, if my purchase is any indication, I could never fit anything on their site anyway. I had to open up a dispute and I won. Beware.

Horrible! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Merchandise is not as advertised, I have never seen seen worse quality, lower than costume grade. Sizing is off, shipping took over 6 weeks, returns impossible, service astonishingly arrogant and unreasonable.

Very dishonest, I bought a coat that was not the size they claim it was, their sizing chart is very inaccurate, when I contacted them about the size was wrong and doesn't fit, they referred me back to sizing chart and stated that it was right, it is not, this business is very dishonest Buyer Beware, the quality is also very cheap, I just wanted a refund and they won't comply, this business needs shut down for dishonest business practices, they prey on the fact that just because they say they give the dimensions on their chart is catch, but they are not correct and they know it... Very very dishonest stay away from this business.

Do not order anything from this company! The size charts they show you are so inaccurate by about 3 sizes. I bought a size M corset according to their chart when I got it it was more like a XXS. I emailed th and they won't accept responsibility. Apparently it's my own fault for ordering the wrong size. They are so rude. When I told them it didn't match their chart they wanted picture proof of the size. I sent them a picture with a ruler on top of the garment showing the measurements in cm. They had the cheek to email me back and tell me, clearly from my picture cm measurements on Australia must be different from those In China! Wtf!
