Will never buy from this company again, Bought a dress off them only to find there were about 4 big holes in the dress therefore useless and couldn't be worn, Upon emailing them with photos of the damaged dress, they kept telling me it was "quality checked by specialists" blaming post for the damage considering it arrived in a very well packed package. They gave me the biggest run around thank goodness I payed via paypal opened up a claim got a refund that way. They certainly wouldn't have refunded if I didn't have paypal.

I would not order from this site I have learnt to my detriment buytrends needs to come with a warning sign. Ordered a coat doesn't fit and this was months ago still sending receiving emails told frankly tough. Or buy something else and give u discount what am I supposed to do with a £70 coat that doesn't fit. Most unhelpful, rude

I've been waiting so long for my jacket I ordered a couple weeks ago. The first website they have me to track my order was wrong so I got worried and emailed them my concern. They got back to me with a different site same confirmation code, it works but I can not understand what it means because it is in Chinese. I've never had anything take this long to get to me. It makes no sense at all. I know I will never order from this site again and I am putting the word out to everyone else. I learned about this site on FB so I'll be posting another review there. Hopefully I get my jacket soon I wanted it for a trip but looks like that's not gonna happen!

They are really really bad, full of lies and scam. I ordered two items which I paid over $60.00 and not worth $. 050. Beleive it or not it was the cheapest material ever plus the size we ordered is XXL and didn't even come close the the size we ordered.
They said after a lot of discussions that it is a Chinese size. After 19 emails they will refund only $8.00.

Horrible! I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. I bought a dress from this website. They did not send me what I ordered. I ordered a size 16, they messed up the order and sent me a size 12. When I sent them an email they asked me to send photos and "proof" so I did and they still did nothing about it. They tried to blame me saying it was my fault! This is so dishonest. They take your money and then send you the wrong item and then refuse to refund or send you the correct item. Also they are not honest about shipping times. Don't fall for the gimmick of Express Shipping I paid an extra $21 to get my item within 2-5 days and it took them 8 days to process my order and another 3 to ship it. So I didn't get my product for 11 days. Also they duplicated one of my orders and when I notified them they sent me 2 emails in response telling me to order something else instead of refunding my money. This website is so dishonest. Worst experience by far ordering online. I will be more careful from now on when ordering off the web. I am out $200 for their crappy products, the quality definitely wasn't worth the money and I still haven't received two other items I had ordered and paid for. If I do get them, they will probably be the wrong size since these stupid people at this company can't read English!

I NOW have read the reviews - wish I did before I ordered. Most of the time, when an item is out of stock the company informs you. I heard NOTHING until I emailed them complainting that it was two weeks and I had not received my item. (it was listed on the website for my order as "processing.") after a DEMAND to return my money - I finally see they have processed a refund through Paypal... waiting for it to show up... we will see...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Awful! Horrible! I have never written a review before but I felt it my duty to help prevent others from making the same mistake. I ordered, what we thought, was the perfect dress for my daughter's homecoming. It arrived and is nothing NOTHING like the picture! Color is off, material is CHEAP costume material. I would NOT have bought this dress for $0.99 in a store. My daughter is devastated. I'm hoping to get a refund but after reading all the reviews I am more than worried. This company should not be in business.

Horrible company, horrible clothes, horrible customer service.
Don't waste your money. Clothes are misrepresented. They use pictures of similar clothes and then sell you similar clothes made of cheap costume material.
I did not receive one of the items that I bought so I filed a dispute with Paypal. The company called and emailed me saying that they will not refund me unless I cancel the dispute, which is never recommended, considering they can refund me through Paypal with or without a dispute. Had to escalate to a claim and the company still refuses to refund me.

BEWARE! The sizing tables on the buytrends.com website are far from accurate. I ordered a coat after being meticulous about measurements. The coat doesn't even come close to fitting and buytrends will not issue a refund.
I do not understand a company that will not stand behind their product and has so little regard for their customer's satisfaction. They can make any excuse they like but what it boils down to is that I ordered a product from their company in good faith using the sizing information provided by them on their website. Whether there is a problem with the sizing information or the product itself, the fault lies with their company and apparently they have no intention of making amends by returning my money. Buytrends.com does not deal with their customers in an honest or honorable manner. BEWARE!

I ordered about 2 weeks ago and got my items today... ideas nervous be I read the reviews after I ordered and thought I wouldn't get my stuff but it did come. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers and 2 long sleeved shirts. They were size one size fit all. The shirts fit me... I usually wear a medium and they fit perfectly. The material on mine was actually really good quality. The white pair of sneakers with gold zipper look perfect but the bottom of the shoe is very stiff... you can tell it was made out of cheap materials but my plain grey sneakers are amazing. But anyways all in all I had a good experience and reading all the negative reviews scared me a bit but maybe everyone else isn't as lucky.

I posted a review on 9/12/14 (it is now 5/18/15). I forgot to update my review but i did receive a full refund from paypal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE... its a scam and they sell poorly made clothes. I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! If you have ordered from them recently and paid thru paypal contact them and they will refund you the money. Also tell paypal about the reviews and that they are in china and want you to ship them back their merchandise that isnt worth the cost.

I recently ordered some jeans off the site for my daughter, after waiting for about 3 months they finally did arrive. She was so excited!
The jeans I ordered were Medium size UK10, as I have ordered from Chinese companies before I ordered one size up, she is actually a UK size 8.
When she tried the jeans on they are more like for a child of 11 years and would not even go over the top of her thighs.
She is very slim and the size was completely incorrect, I have emailed but don't know if I will get a response!
Live and learn, won't bbuy from them again!

Be careful, NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! 100% fake site, it has been two months, and I got nothing! The tracking number they gave is also a big lie, it gives me some chinese letters! Come on people, how in the world am I gonna understand those letters?! I tried to email them asking for a refund, and guess what, they replied like aweek later promising to get my item some time later since I chose the economy shipping option! What in the world, I know I was one of their victims, but don't be their next!

If I could rate this company as a negative star I would. I recently placed an or taking my chances. I never had a problem with online shopping. New companies are coming out pretty much everyday but I should have know when I didn't find too much on this one. I was looking real crazy when I found out the company is in China. Don't ever order anything from this place. I ordered one thing and here it is three months later and I still don't have my stuff. I contacted them and they kept saying we shipped it, give it some more time and if you need help just contact us. I continued to contact them and when I asked for a refund they don't understand English now they won't respond. Garbage $#*! company, stay away. China don't like us no way.

Beware and don't place any orders! If you're lucky enough for your item to arrive, it will look nothing like it did in the picture. The pictures are all different and are stolen from legitimate vendors. They also have fake reviews on their site, all of which are (of course) five stars. I looked at one 5-star item with 23 reviews, and the top 2 reviews are the same exact sentence, with different names.

"In love with this, perfection, the dress makes me look even skinnier." By a Fannie, and then again by a Corina. Avoid at all costs.
