On the 26th of May 2016, I purchased a NEW 50 inch Samsung Smart TV. Because I am in the Midwood area of Brooklyn, NY and they are located in Edison, NJ, shipping to my door is one day once FedEx picks it up. Well I received it on June 2nd, 2016. OK the holiday... I get it. Boxed well and arrived without a dent on the box. I set it up, plugged it in and found a terrible flaw in the screen, almost like a halo effect. I phoned C. S. and was offered 150.00 refund off of the price. Wait, if I wanted to buy a damaged TV I'd shop eBay. I told them I wanted a replacement as per the website return policy. They refused to replace it. They told me to send it back. They provided a RMA # and told me to call FedEx for a pickup and then to order a new one. Well well well, I bet you can see where this is going.

I ordered a new one and then 5 minutes later called customer service and told them to send FedEx to my house for a P/U and to drop off my new TV at the same time. They agreed to this. Four day later no tracking number on the new order and no FedEx P/U. Yes I used PayPal. I got on the phone with the always nice PayPal and they contacted BuyDig. They cancelled and reversed the charges for both Samsungs.

Good prices and service
December 19, 2015

Over the years I have bought several items from BuyDig including printers, cameras, GPS units and more. The prices were right and delivery was fast and free. There are many negative reviews here because consumers have a tendency to complain when something goes wrong and not compliment when things go right. I would not hesitate to purchase from BuyDig.

My shopping experience with BuyDig was just plain horrible, I regret buying from them. My first issue was ordering with PayPal, it was impossible for me. I kept getting an error that said "- Could not complete your order. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service for assistance." I asked their customer support, which took them nearly forever to reply back to me. When they did, they told me to call them. I was awestruck. I told myself whatever, I'll just skip out on PayPal and pay using VISA Checkout. I placed an order for a pair of headphones on November 17,2015. A week passes by and I get not a single tracking number. I sent them an email and they told me they haven't even gotten the headphone in their warehouse yet... What? They said my headphone was still in the process of pre-ordering. This freaking blew me away. Okay, fine, whatever, I'll wait. I then later get a tracking number and I received my order today, December 1,2015. Let's begin the events leading to my reaction of how I first saw my package.

(This happened an hour ago at the time I'm writing this review.)
I went through my day happily until I heard a doorbell. I went outside to see what's up and saw a box on the front door. It had BuyDig labeled all over it. Excitingly I took the package into my house and I was really happy to forget all the bad things I went through with BuyDig. When I first placed the package down, I noticed... The box was really bent up. Especially in one of the corner and bottom. Worryingly, I opened up the package and my jaw dropped. The headphone packaging itself was damaged to the core. There was a gigantic bent middle of the box. At this point, I was scared to even open the package, worrying that the whole thing might be damaged and I would have to go through the painful process of returning it back to BuyDig. I then mustered up the courage and bravely opened the headphone packaging. It was worse than I thought... I couldn't even get the headphone out! The package was so badly bent, that the slider thing wouldn't slide out! I had to carefully expand the outer side of my fingers to quickly slide out the headphones. Getting the charging cable and manual wasn't as easy either. It required a lot of expanding with my fingers so I don't rip or damage the box in case of returning it. I believe I spent about half an hour trying to unbox the whole entire thing.

Overall, the whole entire experience was daunting. I don't think I'll ever buy a single thing from BuyDig ever again. The ordering process was horrible. Shipping took half a month (15 days). The package that I received looked like it went through a nuclear explosion. I honestly wouldn't recommend BuyDig at all.

Here are some photos that I took during my unboxing experience with my phone: https://flic.kr/s/aHskmPNzFG

Update (This happened around December of 2015): I had a person from BuyDig that called and left a voicemail saying that I should call them back so they can resolve my bad experience. I called the person and he didn't pick-up. I couldn't leave a voicemail because his voice mailbox was full (could you believe that?). I tried three times throughout the week and gave up.

Worst company ever!
September 16, 2015

I recently ordered a high dollar television from BUYDIG despite reading several negative reviews online. Well, just like the other reviewers stated, this company is terrible! I placed the order on 08/31/2015 for a television that was listed as "in stock". My credit card was charged immediately. I calling today 09/16/2015, to inquire about my order and see why it hadn't shipped yet and was assured that it would be shipping out soon. Not even 5 hours later, I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled due to an inventory oversight. So they had my money for almost 3 weeks and then cancelled the order. This is the same thing that many other people wrote in their reviews. Order product, long wait with no shipping, then order cancelled. They stated that they will refund my money. I'll have to see how long that takes. Bottom line, I will never do business with this company again. Stay away!

SCAM
August 18, 2015

After I bought the 3 yr warranty for my TV. I never received a detailed email/receipt or any shape of form of verification that my warranty was purchased. In fact, when i reviewed the receipt they emailed me i noticed that they infused the 50 dollar price into the total price of my tv. Which was originally priced at $450 plus $50 for warranty. But the receipt read a $500 TV w/o the proof of my warranty buy. Total scam it seems like. Its been 2 months already and it still hasnt been resolved.

Ordered high grade Ilford Photo paper Classic Pearl on 4/14/14 - they sent me Ilford Photo paper Classic Gloss instead. I cant use this. So I got an RMA number with intentions to send back - they said they pay for the shipping and reimburse me the money for the wrong send. I reodered, as the young man I was talking assured me they had Classic Pearl in stock. So a few day later another box came - AGAIN, it was the wrong Paper. I know what you are thing - "Fool me once fool me twice" - So yes I am guilty of trusting these people for a second send. WHATEVER YOU DO - do not use these people > Their customer service is non-existent.

November 19 Update: Buydig responded favorably to the BBB Report and will offer me this at the advertised price. I will contact them tomorrow to take them up on it. I am increasing my rating to 4 stars because they did the right thing for the customer when confronted.
======================
Buydig are liars and pulled a price baiting scam last week. They ran this ad:

http://dealmac.com/LG-32-720-p-LED-LCD-HDTV-for-200-free-shipping/*******.html

"BuyDig via eBay offers the LG 32 inch 720p LED-Backlit LCD HD Television, model no. 32LN520B, for an in-cart price of $199.99 with free shipping. That's the lowest total price we could find by $29 and the cheapest LG 32 inch 720p LED LCD HDTV we've seen. Features include a 1366x768 (720p) native resolution, USB, and two HDMI inputs. Deal ends November 8 at 11:19 am ET. "

I looked at it on the night of the 6th, was going to buy it the next morning, then they changed the price on the 7th to $250, a full day before the end of their sale date. If that is not bait and switch then I do not know what is. They were never out of stock on this item, they simply upped the price by 50 bucks over 24 hours before the sale end date. I have a report with the BBB about them. This should, and is, against the law in a lot of states. I certainly cannot walk in a store with an ad flyer good til a certain date and have them not honor the price, they would be sued for false advertising. And that is exactly what buydig did.

When I emailed them about it, they purposely took 48 hours to respond, then simply said:

"Dear xxxxx,

I apologize, we no longer have this item available at that price.

- buydig"

Unbelievable. These guys are criminals.

My first purchase from buydig was an HP laser printer in 2006. I was very concerned that the product might be a grey-market item or a factory second. After several assurances that it was brand-new, unopened, in a factory box, I purchased the printer. My questions arose from the fact the price was almost too good to be true. It was, in fact, ALL TRUE! Subsequently (based on my great experience with the printer), I have ordered several thousands of dollars of photographic equipment (lenses, camera bodies, accessories). The pricing was fantastic and I have never been disappointed. I once purchased a $325 lens that had a factory defect. Buydig, without any hassle, arranged for me to return it and immediately shipped me a replacement. Whenever I am shopping for camera or computer equipment, I always check buydig. They are a great company, supplying great products at great prices, and are in business for the long-haul.

I think this site is quite trustworthy on a Legitimate factor. Several sites that I shop/frequent have direct links to this site and that's usually quite a good sign.

They have generally good deals all around on items, as well as giving quite good sales, when they have them. They don't always have the LOWEST prices around but they are quite close and sometimes they will have some of the lowest prices you can find on quality products. (depending on what you're shopping for of course)

They may not always have everything you are looking for from a particular manufacture, but they have a good majority of their newer/mid-new products at a fairly competitive price.

Their shipping cost is about average, but sometimes a bit more, and to all states but NJ they don't charge a sales tax.

Overall I think this is a good site and would recommend it to a friend.

First time I purchased from them. Had them ship a LCD monitor as a Christmas gift. Arrived in perfect shape in record time. No freight charge and about 10 per cent less then others. Looks like they are heavy into cameras. I will use them again.

This website offers products to consumers over the internet. It's not a bad service and the website is simple to navigate. Their shipping may take a bit longer than originally expected from time to time, I am unsure of whether that is a shipping issue or a turnaround issue, but they are usually honest about their products and their website is easy to navigate and use. I would recommend them to others. As with everything, check multiple shopping websites for reviews to get a better understanding of the quality of a product.
