First time and last time Buyer! I was excited to find an item I'd been seeking at a great price. I guess I was foolish to believe their advertising of shipping next day! This is FALSE advertising, as they not only didn't ship next day, they NEVER SHIPPED! They didn't reply to my email inquiry asking where my item was. They didn't answer their phone even though I phoned during CS hours, message said they were closed! Wow! I again searched their site for the item I ordered and now couldn't find it, it was shown a few hours before as IN STOCK. I was able to find the cached page and it now showed OUT of Stock! I've been waiting over 10 days for my order to ship, I'm guessing it never will! I could have purchased it elsewhere in the meantime, now those stores no longer have it. The only thing they were sure to do was to Immediately charge my credit card! Normally, online merchants don't charge your card until they've actually shipped your item. They've done nothing but caused me frustration and wasted my time. This company is a huge fail! I'll be sure to tell my friends and family how bad this company is.
On 11/30/18 I purchased 2 Pioneer Andrew Jones Designed Floor speakers SP-FS52 from BUYDIG on eBay ($210). Five days later, only 1 speaker was delivered by FedEx & figured the other speaker would arrive the next day - no such luck.
FedEx tracking # showed only 1 package matching the weight & dimensions on the manufacturer's factory sealed box. I contacted the seller through eBay & their response was to check with my neighbors & file a dispute with eBay, which I did. The seller's next response was both speakers were shipped in the same box - yet another lie, as each speaker is 25 lbs. & the factory sealed box is barely bigger than 1 speaker!
Since eBay's dispute dept. is incapable of reading all the details AND proof I provided, they closed the case in favor of the seller stating "tracking provided shows proof of delivery ". So I then opened a dispute with PayPal.
2 months have passed & now I'm expected to pay 100% of the shipping cost to return the 1 speaker I received before my full purchase price is refunded. I just had to file a separate complaint with the Better Business Bureau to recover the $40+ for return shipping charge I've incurred.
FYI - All of the seller's messages through eBay were automated, generic responses & they have not responded to any requests made by PayPal.
Despite checking this seller's feedback on eBay (which appeared to be good) before my purchase, I still got burned.
I STRONGLY advise you do business elsewhere with a reputable merchant.
I placed a review on black Friday when I spotted a good deal. Note that this was not a price mistake, this was just a good sale. In fact, other stores even had the same sale. I received a confirmation email and everything appeared to be normal. I heard nothing for five days regarding tracking and decided to email support. Support informed me that my order was cancelled because they didn't have billing or shipping information. Logging into my account, I can see the billing and shipping information. None of that makes sense- I couldn't have even placed an order without payment or shipping information. Get it together you're a mess buydig.com
I love the variety of products I can buy from BuyDig! Their prices are comparable to other online retailers and they offer free shipping and usually I get my products quickly! The website is very easy to navigate, also!

Never before have I been treated with such priority and care as I was by BuyDig.com when my purchase arrived in a million pieces. FedEx must have played football with my two gallon glass fermentation jar but when I contacted BuyDig, they made it all better than "Right", they bent over backwards to make me a loyal and satisfied customer. I will check their sight each time before I from now on to see if they have what I need. Trust me, this is a great company!
I saw a printer, in a local store, that I wanted to buy my daughter for her first year of college. I searched online for the best prices and BuyDig had the best price! It also arrived, on campus, earlier than expected. It was a double plus!

Buydig might replace Amazon for me when it comes to buying electronics I want delivered quickly. Not only did they have the best possible price on the tablet I was looking for, they provided free shipping and that shipping was faster than anything Amazon has ever delivered to my house. I live 30 miles from an Amazon Warehouse, but the Buydig distribution center 200 miles from my house delivered a day before Amazon delivered an accessory for my tablet.
I highly recommend Buydig, and will continue purchasing from them in the future.
I ordered one set of Samsonite luggage with a super cheap price for my college bound grandson and then I thought about it and said, How about my oldest, a beautiful granddaughter, so I ordered her a set also. They are both extremely pleased with their new luggage, for my grandson may he do well in college and use it for visiting during breaks and my granddaughter can use it for vacations and for whatever the future holds for her, may it be mostly great.
I have been buying on BuyDig for some years. Not exclusively as their inventory is not as vast as the better known competitors in NYC.
The prices are very good and even ground shipping from NJ to NYC is quick and usually is next or 2nd day.
I like that with the camera they offer useful bundles with spare chargers and batteries etc.

Once I needed to return a camera I was not happy with and process was easy.
If I need to buy some photo equipment I always check their site, and if price is right, I buy without worries.
On March 15 I placed an order on ebay for a turntable. The next day I received a voice mail stating that you needed a physical street address for delivery. I couldn't make out the phone number due to bad service so I went on ebay and sent a message with the correct address. (I'm not sure why the order was allowed to be placed with a POBox if it has to have a physical address to ship.) The day after that I got an email stating the order had been cancelled due to incorrect delivery address. I looked up and found the phone number for customer service and called. I spoke with a very rude man named Greg who stated basically that ebay doesn't update and they never got my message with the corrected address and it was too late to place the order but my money would be returned within the hour and I could reorder. It didn't happen that way at all. I waited 4 days (with a few phone calls to buydig who kept telling me it will go in today) and my money was finally returned. So I went ahead and placed the order again on ebay on Sunday the 19th. Well, so far, 4 days later, that order is just sitting without being shipped! The problem I'm having is that this was supposed to be a birthday present for my son whose birthday is TOMORROW! I have called at least 6 times as well as sent many many emails to get some satisfaction with this but no one seems to care or is taking me seriously. ALL the responses I've received have been so rude and just giving me a runaround. I'm so very disappointed at this point and not sure what to do. Obviously this will not be here by tomorrow even though yesterday when I called I was assured that it was going out yesterday and would be here by Friday. I've never had such frustration with a company in my entire life. It feels unfair and I feel I'm being singled out for some reason and definitely being lied to. At the very least it's not showing very good ethics and responsibility on their part. I just want my son to have a gift on his birthday. Lesson learned buydig... never, never again.
3 weeks after buying from Buydig I've got no merchandise and no refund. Their idiotic shipping policies, which they tried to blame on FedEx, that refused to allow FedEx to resend or allow me to pick up myself. This resulted in it eventually being returned for basically no reason other then Buydig not wanting me to actually receive the on sale TV. Their policy is that when a thing is returned you have to re-buy it, of course the return process takes so long that by the time you eventually get your money back, I still haven't after 3 or so weeks, the sale is off and you now have to pay normal price.
On top of that their Customer service is horrible and extremely uninterested in actually helping you. They only respond once a day and are only capable of a few responses that are unhelpful in the extreme and aggravating at best.

They lied and had it in stock and asked it I wanted it by a certain day but a complete lie. Then after 5-6 days of the admitting they were not in stock I begged then to change it so all those other people were going to also be deceived thinking there items are ready to ship today. All those customers who order through this company will without 1 dough will be lied to and deceived tp.

This seller is horrible. They will cancel you order in attempts to have you order it again. However, when you check with your credit card company you will noticed that the amount has not been declined. They are trying to scam customers into placing the order multiple times. Buyer Beware!
Answer: Hello, all I can tell you is about my experience with them. They advertised an excellent price on an item and after waiting three weeks for delivery, they cancelled my order and I never received the product. There are multiple reviews like this for this company. I did receive my money back though. For me personally, I will never do business with this company again.
