I bought car seat on the day my granddaughter was born at the buy buy baby store in LA. I asked for return policy in case my children will be not satisfy with quality or other issues of the product and been advice we have 180 days return policy as longest no damage and in perfect conditions. Before I took car seat to the hospital we read instructions for correct usage. At the end we wasn't completely satisfied with design of the product and decide take car seat next day to the store near from our residents in Mission Viejo, California. We was very surprise when the manager of the store ( James) refuse take care seat and refund the cost due we open instructions which been attached to the product. I look on your website return policy which sad nothing about issues with not attached instructions to the car seat. My son call back to the store and manager was rude on phone conversation continue point that is the return policy which he follow on.
Next day I took car seat to other store and it wasn't any issues with return which indicate management at the store in Mission Viejo have bad attitude and misleading customers buy providing wrong explanation towards your return policy

I am blasting Buy Buy Baby. I ordered baby furniture. Within 3 minutes of placing order I called company to correct the shipping address. Did you know that once you place an order no changes can e made? Well, this furniture was going to a military family. After talking to several reps and managers I was told and sent an e mail that address would be corrected. Guess what, they lied! They sent me the furniture. Now I have to pay 100+ dollars to send it to NC from Fla. What horrible customer service. Chantrice from customer service, you all are horrible!
I order for buybuybaby and after the date they gave for delivery had not received the item. I called and the agent ssaid they had cancelled the order so I went through them and submitted the order again. It did not show up by the promised date so I called again. They said the order had been cancelled and I was not notified I was sent to a second level agent and they said that their automatic system indicated I had used too many coupons and must be a reseller. They could not override the cancel so they told me they would send a note to the regional manger. Never heard a thing. Ordered from someone else - paid more and will never deal with them again.
Awful customer service. But rather NO customer service. And all you get is their 20 % discount emails! Would pay double not to deal with BBBaby! The worst. And it will be out of business soon!
Lies after lies, had to call these people at least 4 times in 3 week, each time I would get a different story. First it was cancelled even thou I was getting confirmation emails of the package, second it was supposedly shipped express at no extra charge to me on a Wednesday and was supposed to be there Saturday, another lie, I was charged extra for shipping and again no package, called again and they said it was not fully processed yet and wouldn't be until the following Monday, called again 2 hours after to cancel, and they said it would be hard to cancel because order was already at the shipping company, how do I get two different stories on the same day. They are full of lies, wasted a lot of time on the phone with them and still had to fly in and go straight to a store to get my item before the baby shower. It was very stressful to deal with this company, stay away, order somewhere else.
I placed an order for a baby swing on 8/27 to be delivered from 8/30-9/9 for a baby shower 9/14.9/9 comes and nothing shows up and I call the company only to find out it had never even been shipped. They reordered it for me to be delivered 9/16 ( two days after the shower). It gets delivered on 9/16 but it is a baby bouncer, not the ordered swing even though the shipping label states it is a swing. Call the company again and they said they'd send me a shipping label for a return and ship the correct swing. Then they call me back to say it is out of stock and that is why they substituted the bouncer for the out of stock swing. SERIOUSLY? Who does that? I am going to return the bouncer with the return label and NEVER order from them again. I just ordered the swing from Amazon eta 1 week. This entire fiasco will end up with getting the swing a month after I originally ordered it.

So first off i am a mother who's youngest child is already 13 years of age so you can imagine how long its been me shopping for anything for a baby. There are so many new things to choose from. My husband and i are expecting our first child in January and we thought we would go to BuyBuyBaby for our shopping experience and pick out a stroller together. Walking in i saw the place had a lot of things and a variety of them. We went to the stroller department where there were at least 50 strollers and a ton of car seats. I was the first to ask for help which no one ever came and then my husband went after we stood there for awhile looking at some we liked. When a person came over they never asked whom needed help so we had to flag her down and say hi we have some questions on some of these strollers. The sales associate answered a few of our questions and walked off right after which we weren't even done asking about different uses etc. We had to bring over each stroller we liked to her to ask her questions about each one, mind you being pregnant at this point i was tired. After the 4th stroller of us having to ask questions about and not getting attention the associate did not want to really answer I told my husband lets leave. Come to find out the lady that was helping us as well as two other associates were standing at the front of the store talking. I will never go to this store for anything and do not recommend anyone else to go if you need help or have questions. It was a shame too because we didn't even get to see the rest of the store but at that point i was happy to leave with the bad service.
Received a defective Snuza. In order to receive a new one, they must receive the old one before they will send out a new one. Also, if they don't carry the item in store, you can either go to a store that carries it or return online. Because new mom's have nothing better to do than drive around.
Thank goodness for Amazon. Remember... Amazon will send out a replacement for a defective item immediately. Easy exchanges.
The closure of Babies r Us left a hole in my life that BuyBuyBabby has filled thankfully. I have 3 kids and can't always get out of the house to do my shopping, but their online shopping experience is wonderful. Beautiful styles. Stores like Marshalls generally have cheaper prices but you really have to have plenty of free time to go out and browse the stores for hours.
The company reached out to me to write them a review and I was, until I got kicked out of the review process. So I wrote it in my notes and went back to submit it and it said I already submitted my review, even though I hadn't. What a $#*! storm! Anyway here is my review: In my search for the perfect baby products for my soon-to-be-newborn, I decided that I wanted a cow wabbanubb. The only place that was selling said item was buy buy baby so I ordered it. The shipping was so expensive for such a small item and I felt insane for getting it. The price at checkout went from $14 to $24. The order confirmation email estimated that the item would arrive on 7/10 which was 4 days after I ordered it. So this was already a long and expensive wait time compared to other companies I shop with. I get a shipment confirmation email on the 6th saying my items have shipped and they are on the way. I'm waiting for it to arrive, all the other items from all the other companies I ordered from already arrived and still no super expensive pacifier yet. So I checked the tracking and it is not even going to be here till the 23rd! It wasn't actually shipped till the 16th, 10 days after my shipment confirmation email! My baby could and most likely will get here first! Also in the order confirmation email it states that I could get $10 cash back, which could make this disaster of an experience a little better. After all with the $10 cash back my product will be a fair price, yay! I clicked the link and it leads to an error page. I reached out to customer service which stated that I have to reach out to an entirely different company. What a waste of time and energy. So all in all this was a horrible experience from state to... wait it's not even finished yet... all for a pacifier.

Buy buy baby sent me someone else's order. Upon calling and letting them know that I needed my actual order expedited, they said that they would do so and get it to me before baby shower I was having, which was a week away. It has now been a week and the package is still in New Mexico. The shower is in two days. Very unhappy with this service. They're a joke.
I am glad to review this website, and hope you get better more and more with million of customers.

I bought some stuff and wanted to return them but unfortunately lost my receipt. They deducted 20% before they return the money back to me in a form of gift card
I ordered a baby hamper that was only available online and when I received it there was a red stain on the front. I went to return it in the store hoping I could return it and reorder a new one like a simple exchange. The in store customer service lady said she wasn't able to do that but she could give me merchandise credit so I could order the product again. That sounded easy enough so I returned it, got the merchandise credit and went home to order it again online. However, the credit didn't cover shipping so I called their customer service number and explained what happened just asking for free shipping. Why would I have to pay shipping twice when they sent me a bad product? Well the supervisor said the best they could do was give me a discount on the shipping?! That is ridiculous! For something that was their mistake, the least they could do is pay for the shipping! I definitely will not be shopping there anymore!
