I have owned two of their bikes now. They are true motorcycles and built like tanks compared to some other small "toy" motorcycles. Burromax has great customer service and the bikes are well designed and well engineered. O look forward to seeing even more models and refinements over the years. The seem to be taking a slow and steady, iterative growth path, but I could totally see them making a full size electric motorcycle some day.
Wish u guys shipped in flat boxes because 38 to ship a couple things to hawaii is pricy

A little confusing finding parts that i need, because you done have a search bar, but i got the job done.
I ordered a new Tire with Inner Tube. The order was processed quickly and the tire was sent right away. I've been very happy with the customer service at Burromax thus far!
The instructions were outdated and there was an extra step but a call to customer service fix that confusion, there's no longer a support bracket running from the subframe to the swing arm.
Was quick and easy, though I sent an email Sun 18th about stock and never received a response.
