Had a great experience with the Burromax team! After evaluating several options, I concluded the TT1600R was the superior product. Bill was very helpful over the phone addressing a few questions. So I bought mine online and then picked it up at their office. The whole team is very friendly and helpful. They had me loaded up and on my way in no time.
I was pleased to learn that they didn't have a replacement foot pedal for my sons TT1600 so they took one off a new bike and shipped it to us along with a couple of other parts they had in stock. That's customer service folks! Any of these electric bikes are useless if you can't get replacement parts (especially with a son who tends to break things on occasion) so hats off to Burromax for going out of their way. Much appreciated.

We have the ttr750. It's pretty cool. Great battery life. Only complaint is the quality of the fork clamps. I've only had the bike less than a year and have had to replace them twice

Very sturdy and heavy duty built bike. My 7 year old loves it. He rode it 1 time and we had to switch it to the 14 mph mode because he said it was too slow! Only thing I'm not a fan of is the tt250 still has lead-acid batteries instead of lithium batteries like the rest of them. We chose this brand because a friend of a friend said they have had one for over 5 years and never had any issues.
Needed a replacement seat for one of our bikes we have. Simply went online and selected the part we needed, paid for the order and the item arrived SUPER fast. Very pleased.

Burromax has great customer service fast shipping I own a 250,350 and I just bought a 750 last week they have awesome products.
I've now purchased 2 bikes, the first being a T350 and the next being a T750. My son's have loved them both, they are easy to repair when broken from normal wear and tear. Good all around experience between riding and maintaining these bikes.
Day one w the thing and this part broke. Hope it's only smooth riding from here on out.

We bought the 500w motor for my son's tt350r and it is awesome. We used the 12 tooth sprocket that came with it (350 had 11 tooth) and the launch is much quicker. Top speed for my 6yr old is 27mph. He's loving it!
Really fast customer service and I really enjoy the discrete packaging when delivered to the front door. My son had no idea what showed up after Thanksgiving and then on Christmas he was completely shocked.
