Bike came with a chiseled out piece where handle bar lower bracket was/ had to retread the hole as it was crushed/ other than that bike runs great/delivery was prompt/ maybe better quality checks before item gets shipped
I like the fact that almost any part on their bikes are replaceable. My only complaint is the wiring from the controller to the associated connectors. For instance, the on/off switch wiring from the controller is very thin gauge and uses a tiny spade connector to the switch. This connector easily corrodes and there is not much additional wire to make an easy repair. Need longer wiring in general for repairs.
I purchased the bikes for my kids a few years ago and didn't use much now that they started actually riding them had a motor go out a speed control and one of the chargers stopped working. The other is still in good working order.
Easy to navigate and read about the features. If my little enjoys it we will likely upgrade. Already looking to upgrade to lithium and larger motor.
