Site is very easy. Videos are very good. Just needed to pay attention for certain checks.
Feels great cruising around with the kids on their electric scooters. Plan to buy them the smaller Burromax bikes soon, as they are both pleading for them now. When you cruise around on these, everyone you pass does a 180 wondering what the heck it is, big-time eye-catcher. Some Karens get mad thinking you're riding a gas-powered dirt bike around on a sidewalk, to them I laugh and tell my kids to not be like that when they grow up.
I emailed the company about my battery issue and have not gotten a response.
This bike is perfect for my motorcycle loving 6 year old. It's built well, very sturdy parts. We tried the low speed and quickly moved to the high speed which is perfect for my 6 year old and not too fast for mom watching. Very happy with this purchase!

My experience has been great! They have everything you want in a electric mini bike here. Not only do they have great bikes, they have great customer service, and they have all the replacement parts you need on their website! I'm just amazing how this bike isn't more popular yet. There so much potential in all there bikes and the quality is really high for the prices they offer. I will be buying more from burromax!
Call from Ken cleared up any issues I had. Understand now why I haven't received brake assembly.
Used the 500w upgraded motor on my sons tt250r, which comes with a 250w motor stock, with little to no change in power or top speed. Even mentioned in description of motor a 50% increase in the tt250r when upgrading. Id say thats not accurate at all. Tires on the other hand showed up in great shape and seem to be working fine so far.
