Due to the holidays and inclement weather, there was a little confusion with when my books would be delivered. Reagan was my customer service representative, and I very much enjoyed working with her. She was always patient and kind. If I need to order books in bulk again, I'm calling Reagan's ext. First. If I suggested this service to other librarians I would tell them that I was happy with y'all's service and to use Reagan. I wish everyone have as good customer service reps as y'all do.

We got great prices from bulkbookstore.com & were very happy with the books we received. My only complaint is that the books were shipped to my billing address instead of the shipping address I specified. This was inconvenient & not ideal, but not the end of the world. I would hope the company could correct this issue for future orders & customers.
My experience with bulkbookstore.com was great! I was buying on a limited budget for a specific high school chemistry course. The staff worked me to give me a price I could afford and giving all my students access to the text. Will definitely remember bulkbookstore.com in the future!
