The customer service they have is unbelievable. They call you once your order is placed to let you know they have received it and that it will be shipping out. Then they call you to make sure you got your order and that you were happy with the product. Awesome company I would definitely recommend them and order from them again.
Prices are pretty good. Sometimes delivery is slow.
I run a fundraiser for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. I would love to see an added discount for this type of event and waiving the minimum books ordered, if possible.

I placed my order but realized I had made a major mistake and ordered the same title twice! I only needed 120 copies but accidentally ordered 240 and panicked when I realized how much I would be charged! I called and immediately the CS rep was able to cancel my first order and place my second order. And I rec'd my books just a week later. Great experience!
