However, the one thing you could do that would reduce anxiety is to provide tracking numbers immediately - Our order came from different vendors and arrived on different dates. I would have liked more info on when to expect each vendor's books before I felt the need to email you about them. Not sure this is doable for you but would be appreciated if you can. Thanks again.
Excellent and efficient customer service, and remarkable pricing! My only feedback is on the actual shipping - both our boxes were received torn and badly beaten up. That, of course, was not your issue, but your delivery service. Because the books were unharmed, it wasn't even significant enough to notify you.
