The order of flea preventative was taking quite a long time to get here. I did look to see where it was coming from but that information (although I was told later is on the website somewhere-not specified) was not found. I tried to cancel the order and was told it was too late to do that. I bought replacement product locally and figured I could use it in a month when it finally showed up. Then out of the blue, I received a credit for the product. I replied to that email that I would keep the product when it arrived so that they should re-run the payment. I did not receive a response. Finally after 3 weeks the product arrived. THEN I started getting notices that they want me to pay for the product again (which I would do) but there hasn't been a link of any sort to do that. In fact, the last email I got brought me to this review page. My conclusion is that Budget Pet Care doesn't really have their act together. If you are an international company, you should behave like one.
