I have been ordering from budget pet care for several years and have been extremely satisfied with their products. It may take a little longer to receive but that has even gotten better. The best thing to do is order ahead in advance so you don't run out. The discounts are amazing and customer service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend ordering from them. You will not be disappointed.

Sometimes the site can be a bit difficult to use. Nothing too serious though. Ive been ordering for a few yrs now. All medicines seem to work and its the price

Easy website to order from ~ nobody beats their prices ~ have NEVER had an issue with an order ~ ships in a timely manner. I like that you get a CREDIT on your order that you can use on your following order. I couldn't be more pleased.

I always got them in the same package and for some reason this month they decided to only send me the dog stuff now I'm paying an extra $52 to get the cat product sent to me. It doesn't make me very happy. Now I need to type 29 more characters.

While shipping takes weeks to arrive, the product is packaged safely and as described. The delivery time is well worth the massive discount in costs for essential products.

This is my 4th purchase so far I've have a good experience purchasing my dogs medications.

4 stars, packing could be better. My last package arrived crushed and exploded out of it's boxes inside the envelope it was packed in.

Website is easy to maneuver and I received the item I ordered promptly. I am a person that likes fast and easy, but I also like to look at the items you have for pets. I say keep up the good work.

I shouldn't have to pay $6.99 for tracking my already pricey order. The shipping is extremely slow. Sometimes it takes 3-4 weeks to get it. Also have been placed in automatic shipment that I did not request. After several attempts finally was removed off auto ship. Mind you, that was after I received 1.5 yrs worth of medication.

For some reason the website was harder to use this time when placing an order, but I eventually was successful. A little frustrating.

I hate the fact that your company and country of origins customs department totally annihilates the dog medicine en route, and makes me wonder how safe it is?
