An item I ordered was replaced with another. I did contact CS and they resolved the issue. I called today to make sure I would receive what I am ordering and he assured me that I would.

Ordered the 11/29/25 and never got it. Told CS and he agreed to a refund and an email confirmation. I didn't receive either notice. Just saw it was put back on my card for a refund tonight. Pls make sure this arrives. I have ordered before with no problem. But this took too long to resolve

First used this site to purchase Simparico Trio. Not realizing I ended up purchasing Simparico (without the Trio) product. Should have been more vigilant when ordering. Would give top marks if it had been more obvious that other companies manufacture similiar products. Everything else this site has to offer is very good. Highly recommended.

This site is so much cheaper than buying from my vet. They said it could take a lot longer to ship but it didn't really take that long. I'm very pleased with company and products.

Shipping always takes a while, so be prepared to wait. The savings are worth it, though, and I've always received my orders with no other issues.

The prices for medications on this site are WAY less than the prices on my veterinarian's mobile app. I am very happy to order products we need from Budget Pet Care.

Due to higher pricing on products and shipping compared to 6 months ago, discounts do not make any difference to the overall cost

I havd been using Budget for many years and was upset to receive meds that would expire before the 6 months that they should have been good for.

Easy to order from and very good timing on delivery. My only complaint is the box is always crushed in some way. But the product is great~

Haven't received any status updates on my previous orders after I made the purchase. The product was simply in my mailbox after a few weeks. No "we are working on it", no "order has been picked up" and so on...
