I've ordered from you for over 10 yrs every year. This year my order would not go through. I tried the chat now, directed me to call. The Rude man who I spoke to could see i had an account but told me i would need to create a new account. I asked if he could see it, why do i need to? He just repeated i need to make a new account. Sounded like a scam so I hung up. I tried multiple times to get my p/w, sent to my email, but I clicked on the link that was sent to me and there was no ENTER button to submit for the new p/w. I tried to create a new account with my same email, and it said, NOPE you already have an account, please log in. What a freaking joke. I ended up having to use my WORK Email and create a new account anyway. Very upset write now.

Provides flea and worming medicines that I would need a prescription for in the US. With multiple pets it isn't always possible or affordable to bring all of your pets in for routine medicines. This site offers these meds and doesn't even over charge. I'm paying a little less then I would have at the vet for the same thing and I do not have to pay for the visit or my time. Most appreciated! I paid to track shipping to the US on my first couple of orders, but I do not bother with that anymore. It does take a little longer then Amazon- as to be expected when shipping international- but well worth the short wait.

I had ordered Simperica Trio for my standard poodle in the past and set it up to be resent every 6 months. I recently got a beagle who needs a smaller dose. When I added it to my cart, the one for my poodle was there, also. I'm not ready for that one yet. There was no option to buy the new one, so I had to delete the one for my poodle. It's possible that I may want to buy something without refilling a previous one. There should be that option.

Always good everything comes right the way it should shipping takes a little bit of time but it always gets here great company great prices and you don't have to have a prescription for the heartworm.

I've been using budget pet care for flea and heartworm prevention for my dogs for quite a few years now I've also bought their medicated shampoos before and haven't had any problems. I really appreciate this company for trying to make pet products more affordable.

Flea and Tick meds are so over priced in general because they know you need them. Budget pet care is amazing with their prices and quality products. They really understand how important it is to be fairly priced

We have a ton of animals dogs and cats! We wouldn't be able afford to keep them safe from fleas and ticks without Budgetpetcare! Seriously with today's economy it's impossible! But they don't break the bank! Purchasing on here you know you can still buy groceries! Thank you!
