I paid the extra 6.99 to be able to track the shipping but no shipping information was ever sent. It took around 8 days to receive my order. Very pleased with the price of the meds but disappointed with not getting any tracking for the shipping that I paid for.

When I last ordered "plain" INTERCEPTOR, I receiver a substitution of INTERCEPTOR PLUS without any contact from seller for approval. Turns out there was a reason for NOT ORDERING the "PLUS" INTERCEPTOR: my dog did not tolerate it as well as plain INTERCEPTOR. In all fairness, BUDGETPETCARE gave a refund & I donated the INTERCEPTOR PLUS to our local animal shelter. It left me without the INTERCEPTOR I needed for my dog & I had to go beyond her med due date to acquire it elsewhere. COMMUNICATION could have made such a difference, here. I'm trying again to see if I can get the CORRECT INTERCEPTOR (PLAIN, NO "PLUS"!) for my dog THIS TIME. (previous order was 10/22/23)
