I googled 'return air grille near me' and Budgetheating.com came up to my search. Website was easy to browse and I found the product I needed quickly on the search tab. The price was discounted and I think was very reasonable price. The sales associate was very helpful on the phone answering my questions & he got my order in place before I can pick it up and pay at the office warehouse as I live within the area. I bought the AC return air grille 24' x 18'. The product was easy to install but my disappointment is the latches on the top are very hard to push in place specially on the left side. Other than that, I am very pleased with my purchase. And I highly recommend this place.

I never received a email copy of the order. Did not have a tracking option for this order also. The only option i had was to check the web site daily. If i had not printed the order number, I would have been completely out of the loop.
