If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with BudgetAir has been an absolute nightmare.

I tried to book a flight with them and got an email saying the booking was unsuccessful because of a payment error. Based on that, I bought tickets elsewhere. Then, without telling me, they re-attempted the payment later and took the money from my account for a flight I was told wasn't booked.

When I reached out to customer service, they denied any wrongdoing and tried to shift the blame on me numerous times. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they blamed my bank and brushed off my concerns. They've wasted hours of my time and caused so much stress, and they still haven't refunded the money they wrongly charged me.—I have proof from their own email and my browser history showing I never went back to their site after the failed booking.

BudgetAir's lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is shocking. If you don't want to deal with a company that clearly doesn't care about its customers or their money, don't book with them. I'll never use them again, and I'll warn anyone I know to stay far away.

Absolutely disgusting.

Booked my flight through BudgetAir.com from New Zealand to India - arrived to India no problem but upon checking in for the flight to leave we were advised that our flights hadnt been 'confirmed' and we were unable to check in for the flight.

Ringing BudgetAir.com's "Emergency" number 4 times and being on hold for over 10 minutes each time before finally being told that it 'wasnt their fault or problem' and being cut off. We were stranded in India.
Why did i waste my money booking through an Agent when the proverbial hits the fan you refuse responsibility and blame it on the Airline (who in turn advised me to contact my agent as that's who the tickets were booked through) i booked and paid my money to BudgetAir.com for my flight tickets and expected the tickets to be booked and confirmed - how is that to much to ask.

Avoid at all cost - go direct to the Airline or a respectable company that values and respects their paying customers.
