First, you need to understand that this jewelry is being shipped from outside the U.S. Mine took a month to receive. I love My bracelet and yes, it is genuine Black Obsidian. Beautiful!

UPDATE: To date I am still going back and forth via email with this company. As with another customer review I was eventually given an address in CHINA to return the merchandise to, at my expense. They are insisting merchandise can only be returned to China even though they supposedly have warehouses in the U.S. In fact, their website clearly lists a U.S. address for contacting them.
To date they have offered me discounts of 20%, 30% & 50% to keep the items. This tells me they know their stuff is not as advertised and they are just trying to keep at least some of my money.
They also don't seem to understand when I tell them this is now in the hands of the Better Business Bureau.

Don't waste your money. I bought the Fengi Shui Wealth bracelet over a ago. I wore it 24/7 until it fell off. My circumstances never changed, but thinking it was just me I recently placed another order. This time I ordered the Citrine Wealth bracelet and a moldavite pendant. The bracelet is huge and gaudy and the moldavite isn't completely genuine. Meaning it contains "some" moldavite, but it's not pure. I am in the process of trying to return the products and get a refund. To date they have done nothing but play an email game. The latest offering me a discount to keep the products. I once again informed them, for the third time, that I want to return the items and get a refund. I also told them that if they continue this email game until the 30 day refund policy expires I will report them to the BBB.
P.S. I find the positive reviews here very sketchy. I wouldn't take them at their word.

I bought two item's from these scammers on the 17 AUGUST 2021 to date i have not got the items. I tried to follow up by sending emails no REPLY. I tried to track the items there is no way to track it. This is an unprofessional scam fraud CONNING the public. This is online fraud and must be reported to the police GOOGLE paypal and write up a summary in every website to warn the public.
ONLINE INTEREST FRAUD AND DECEPTION CON! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE... DO NOT PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS SITE.

They charged me full money online without any delivery. They are just fooling innocent people. They should be jailed.

This company was supposed to be the authentic place to purchase the Licky wealth bracelet. I placed a order and had it expedited for delivery and it's been 4 days since my purchase and I have not received an email about my purchase or delivery date. I've sent several emails to the contact us site and they are closed on the weekends. I would not recommend that any one bother making any further purchases from this store.

They sell u on a fake hope and dream I was really disappointed but I the same time want to see if such and item could atleast bring me good luck I had all the fate in it and nothing now the little dragon thing the color is coming off I followed the care instructions and how to wear it save ur money I been asking for a refund since before I got it because it got to me 2weeks late but I got it fell in love with It the way it looked put fate in it and nothing matter fact I'm sure most of yall can agree things actually got a bit worst DONT BUY

Like a lot of people desperation makes us do stupid things. Like buying a couple bracelets for 50 bucks. I figured I'd give it a try their ad sounded interesting saying someone was homeless and they were given one of these and within a year they were wealthy. Too good to be true so you know it's not. After you get them then they inform you you have to buy a silver bowl to keep it it. Then you have to buy silver and gold or diamonds or rubies to keep in the bowl. If I could afford diamonds gold and rubies I sure as hell wouldn't need one of these damn bracelets. The only one getting wealthy is this company. I wore it for a couple of weeks had no luck. Gave it away to someone they had no luck. The only luck is the people that have stock in this company. A sucker born every minute not the dumbest thing I've ever bought but I really could have put that fifty bucks somewhere better like a grocery store. You're better off playing the lottery

I mean please protect yourself with this advertisement. At first when I had order from them everything came to me okay, and then my mother had order a bunch of the bracelets for us on Christmas and her order came out perfect. Which made me want to buy more. I had order the: Tiger Eye Protection ( that came as stated), then the Green Eye Obsidian Healing in Purple and that came black, then I order another Green Eye that was to be Blue and that came Black, and then I order the Natural Rainbow and that came Black. When I call to complain they told me they were to change in light, and that's how the stones are because they are pure stone. Other customers has complained but we are confused on how the transition works on the bracelets. That is a bunch of BS. Like I know for a fact my mother order the same exact ones last year for Christmas. I truly believe it was to wheel her end because she had order so many of them. The best thing to do is look for a store that has the stones that is Authentic because there are places that sells them and you will not have problems like this. I am not confused, nor a idiot. We all shop online and there will be a time that your not stratified with the product on hand, and you want the customer service to do their part on making sure your customers is happy and try to work with you. This is not the place you want to spend your money. Shoot the people on the street that tries to sell you fake bracelets at least you know your getting the right colors. I am going to add my photos just as well as the ad photos and tell me where it's ALL BALCK at! I will give it a 1, because 1 out of 4 came correct and that's the TigerEye.

I was reading all these reviews and was quite confused... i had no issues with my ordering, and my bracelets are not fake or plastic. They even actually have some nice weight to them which you would not have with plastic. So im sorry to hear of the misfortune some seem to have had but my ordervwas fine, customer service responded to me promptly all 3 times i got in touch with them and even got an extra discount code from them, and my bracelets are definately not made from plastic.

The instant energy you feel when you put the braclets on is like no other.
They are great quality, 1 was missing in my order contacted the store via email and they have posted the missing one.

Do not buy frm this store. I purchased 3 bracelets cuz of the crappy quality, they brought me out on a rash so I sent them back via express post. That was a year ago and I still have not received my money back. They basically stole over $100 from me and they got their goods back. I send them the receipt frm Australia post showing that their warehouse had received their goods back countless time. Disgusting

I made an order six months ago I never received it I tried reaching out to customer service several times nothing was done I paid $30 for a bracelet that I never received I'm very disappointed I'm starting to think this whole store is a scam I tried calling the number that was given to me *******342 a strange woman picked up and hanged up I will be calling my bank to dispute the transaction DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM

I been buying through them for quite awhile now. There is one time my bracelet thread broke within a 1 month and send them an email with a picture. I even forgot it myself that I emailed them. I didn't realized they email me back and in that email they apologized and told me that they sent me a replacement plus a replacement thread in case I break it again and 1 extra bead. And when you purchase few of them to earn points they give you free bracelet or something else the one choice I got is citrine bracelet. I read other review that they say they are scam but for my point of view If that is a scam then why would they give me free bracelet and took time to email me back and try to solve my dilemma. They are legit and their service is good. I don't seem have any problem with them. I will definitely buy more with them. The photo I added is the proof I am also a legit customer.

I went to order one bracelet and next thing two amounts came off my account. I tried to cancel it even through PayPal (they were useless) and said it had already been processed which was a load of rubbish. As almost a week later, they sent an email saying ‘we are picking your order in the warehouse and it will be getting packed and on it's way to you soon' so in fact they could've cancelled it, easily. So fast forward I get the bracelet and an extra one? Absolutely HIDEOUS! Mr T from the A Team wouldn't even wear. No sign of the ‘free audio book' which obviously wasn't free. Now I'm fighting to get my refund of which I sent back and they are now blaming Royal Mail for not delivering the return to the correct address! PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY! And the bracelets are cheap and tacky.

All buddha items looked so good on my online screens, but whenever i ordered my bracelets or any items... i had to wait & wait about 1 to 2 months to receive them, & when they sent my ordered? They all got lost in the mail, but i finally got them 3 weeks later. They need to do their job faster & on time esp. When we need to gifts our family ON TIME! During any kinds of holidays or celebrations... IT was my 1st disappointment ordered online. So am not happy yet with their services yet. Until they work a little faster & efficient in the future.
