Don't get trapped by this store, " the bps club". The bracelet is made of plastic beads, nothing obsidian, they take advantage of people who do not know what a real crystal is. Before buying online, do a favor to yourself, make a call to make sure there is a reliable company on the other side. This people are liers, they say they're located in DE but they are in China, so forget getting your money back if you buy here, Quality is the worst. Cheap bracelet. Zero stars

This is an update to my review as I was told I would be receiving a refund that never came. This company is fraudulent and deceptive. Do not waste your time or money. They send an item with the incorrect address so it is sent back to them. Then they request 30% of the purchase price plus shipping charges to get it shipped to you. I have disputed this with PayPal and i am now reporting them to FTC and Better Business Bureau. At this point, it is not about the money.

The customer service is poor! Keep shipping package to the wrong address and refuse to refund! You can never get to speak to a live agent

I purchased from them didn't get the merchandise and I emailed them over and over and over again and they just told me to "check with my mail". I was treated like a liar from the very beginning and we are talking about beaded jewelry, 2 necklaces and 2 bracelets! Not something from Cartier. Obviously I had already checked the mail and with neighbors and apartment office. I even have the USPS put in a search to find it and they came back saying either they didn't send it or it was returned to them. The Buddha Power Store didn't care that I didn't get the merchandise and they would not give me my money back or ship me my order which was meant to be gifts for my 19 and 20 yr old daughters. They just started sending back form letters/emails. Don't waste your time or energy with this company. If you don't get your merchandise and they tell you it's delivered they will not care and they will not give you your money back. What I purchased was a total of about $90 that I was out of which isn't an a lot but I still either wanted my money back or the merchandise. They couldn't give a damn about you once they have your money. This review next ask for photos. I would love to show photos of my purchase but I never received anything!

I tried to cancel an order and they would not even though it was wrongly purchased they sadi I co I ld return it once received and now that it came in WITHOUT the one order I did want. They say I can return it to CHINA! EVEN THOUGH IT CAME FROM ROSEMEAD CA! THAT'S BS! I WILL BE SUBMITTING BAD REVIEWS AND TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT MY DISSATISFACTION AND WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY! DONT EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I bought a necklace that was a gift to myaelf. When it arrived it had a freyed string, and was filled with rainbow glitter in a plastic container. It looked like it was made by a 3 year old at Nuraery School in the 70's! I sent it back with a letter as well as about 20 emails! Then i get an email they have been trying to rwach me and my issue seems to be solved?!.!?!?! Uuuum still waiting for refund and postage! They are horrible customer service thieves and liars! The money i spent was gifted to me to purchase. Im on disability and they stole a special moment and triumphant one and turned into a nightmare to get my money back! Im still waiting sending emails DAILY for months now!

Terrible customer service. I been waiting for a long period of time looking everyday at the tracking number. Finally appears it arrived t a destination which obviously was not delivered to me.
I been sending e-mails trying for them to locate the bracelets (2) and their response was for me to check with my neighbors. I have ring in the house and no delivery has been done at my house. Fortunately I have the videos to prove it.
I am asking for them to verify where they delivered and to refund my money.
Please do not order from this company they are a joke. You will never get your product it seems more like a fraud company.

I decided to buy 1 bracelet for someone as a gift. The bracelet was $19. The site then said if I bought two they would be $17/per. I said okay. The site then started offering product after product that you have to navigate past. When it was all said and done, my $34 order was $58. I immediately contacted them to have the transaction corrected and they refused.
2 weeks later, I receive the package from California, but to return it I have to send it to China, which then no longer makes financial sense. Especially since they give you a warning that if you don't lie on the customs forms their warehouse won't accept the package.
These people are a rip off! Also, the same bracelets are on eBay for half the price.
