First, gave them one star, because 0 wasn't an option, wanted to buy 1 bracelet at 1$, after entering ur credit card number, they redirect u on another site, and if u press the wrong link, too bad for u, u just bought it. Trying to get a refund, but its like a machine answering the email, so instead of a 1$ bracelet, they charged me 97$ usd for all sort of crap i don't want. Sent them At least 8 emails, and still no refund, no phone number, no service! Got a reply from them telling me that's what i bought. There's so many site that sells the same items, trust me, go with the other ones, unless u want to spend $ on $#*! u don't want.be really careful after putting your credit card info!

Purchased a chain from them, on arrival of looked pretty cheap and broke within 2 weeks. Contacted Buddha Power who didn't respond for over a week. Sent them a 2nd email, they eventually responded and wanted a pic of the item, that was broken in places. I obliged and didn't hear anything from them for ages. Contacted them again telling them to just refund me, to which they responded saying they had already sent a replacement. They at no point asked whether this was what I wanted. It most definitely was not as to be honest the original chain was cheap rubbish that in no way affected the cost. I again contacted them telling them this and they said the only way they would refund is if i refuse the item on delivery. Now the item could arrive any time, didn't need a signature and was small enough to post through my letter box. Unless I was stalking my postman this would be very difficult. Needless to say I was unable to predict when this would be delivered and it was posted while I was out. I immediately emailed Buddha Power telling them this and was told that the only way they would refund was if I paid return postage. Which incidently cost more than the item is worth. I emailed them again and have not heard anything from then.

For a company that preaches Buddha's messages. They are hypocrites! Just don't buy from them, it's not worth the trouble and the items are cheap rubbish sold at extortionate prices

Evidently, the company "Buddha Power Store" has other names it goes by... The Viral Gadgets (TVG) and Squalet Pte Ltd are two other names. Prospective customers, beware.

Someone on my FB page shared their link and it caught my eye.
I was interested in one of their pendants which came with another of the same pendant FREE.

I placed the order for one of their pendants and paid $49.95 via Paypal. Within minutes, the confirmation came in and instead of my being charged $49.95, I was charged $99.90.

Smelling a scam, I immediately wrote back to the company telling them that I wanted to cancel the order. An hour or so later, I received an email from them thanking me for my purchase. My request for a refund was blatantly ignored. I wrote back to them that I had cancelled the order immediately after receiving their invoice with the wrong amount.

I received additional emails from them, acknowledging and thanking me for my purchase. I realized that they were never going to acknowledge my cancellation and refund my money, even though their site claims they honor refunds.

Called Paypal yesterday afternoon. I explained the situation, gave them the facts and they credited my money back immediately. Thank you, Paypal. I love you and the buyer protection you provide.

This evening, that bogus company had the gall to e-mail me the following:

Below is the e-mail I sent back to them.

Your customer service sucks. It's awful. It's the pits.

You did not acknowledge my request for a refund (that I asked for within a few minutes of placing the order). I cancelled the order because your company got the order wrong and charged me double what the total was supposed to be.

Instead of acknowledging my refund and issuing me a refund, you sent me additional emails thanking me for the purchase.

I have Paypal to thank for refunding my money. Not your scamming company.

Just go away.
