Although the product is nice, customer service sucks. They have a member subscription which I signed up for. They took the $37 fee for February and March and I still have not gotten my merchandise. I've try calling them about this and I get sent straight to voicemail. I left my number several times and never got a call back. I googled their location, and their address on the website is bogus. Since I can't get through on the phone, I emailed about the situation and if I can the money taken out refunded back to me. They have no answer about my order and and I was told they don't give refunds. I told them I was going to contact my credit card if they didn't send me a tracking number for both orders. They sent me an incorrect tracking number for one order. Bottom line, do not subscribe for their membership.
This review is an update, concerning my February 29th, 2020 order, from Buddha Power Store... As previously written, it was my second order; for a black obsidian bracelet, and a blue tiger eye wealth Mantra bracelet, totaling a little under 70.00, and paid via Paypal...
I waited, until mid-March, before starting the rounds of inquiry... I was sent robotic emails, with useless information, concerning order/shipping numbers---I already had this information... Finally, spoke with a live operator: package picked up, from a USPS station, by an unknown carrier, who issued no receipt...
On May 8th, 2020, no more information (beyond a USPS tracking number), and a refusal to tell me the name of the secondary carrier... Buddha Power Store sent regrets that my merchandise did not arrive; they mailed it, I did not receive it, and they are were sorry... Period... No refund...
PayPal offices are closed, due to reduced staff, via covid-19... Every issue is answered robotically, and through opening a fraud case, by email... Apparently, an investigation will be initiated on "The 12th Day, of NEVER...!" An inordinate headache...
So, everyone is very sorry that my money has been stolen, and my merchandise, lost; no resolution, even by a simple replacement, has been offered... The glossy company would rather have a 2.9 rating, than replaced my order...
Lots of sites sell this merchandise... If you want to risk losing your money, this is the place... I (still) get coupons, offers, invitations to purchase MORE merchandise, from Buddha Power Store... Yet NO RESPONSE, from the company, beyond the useless USPS information...
Chinese import store run-around, with no concept of repeat customer orders, or loyalty... There is a new book out, detailing China's misunderstanding of capitalistic business expectations... They simply want to sell a product, once; (twice, if the customer is hoping for a different outcome), no concept of good reputation or repeat business----just more new customers, who aren't privy to their reputation...
Good luck; you've been warned... Order your merchandise, elsewhere---unless, time is no issue, and money is abundant, to waste...
I ordered a bracelet on march 18th and we are into April and I have not received it yet. I can not get a hold of anyone when I call the contact number nor has anyone called me back like they say they will on the recording. I'm so unhappy and angry right now that I had to put my complaint out to other future customers so that you know your order will probably not make it if does it's going to take a long time. The only thing that would make me pleased is if they return my money back to me which I don't for see them doing as I do not think they care about their costumers. Very unhappy customer Sue Vivas
This is a predatory business. They lure you in with attractive merchandise and a humanitarian sounding philosophy but it's a farce. They have poor customer service and terrible refund and exchange policies. They are a sham. Stay away!
I ordered two bracelets and then quickly realized it was all a scam. I tried to e-mails and made several telephones to cancel but no answer. I know I'm not the only person who has been swindled, it is such a great fraud and scam. I will never receive a refund and even worst they will never deliver the bracelets. Words cannot express how angry I fell at this time to have fallen victim to this crap company.
They promised a refund of oversized, unblessed bracelets (can buy on ebay) + other items I had ordered. I was confused after click bait & fake youtube stories, which i now know are just read from a script. The Tracking package arrived at their warehouse on Feb 5th 2020. They asked me to write on it "not worth over 10 USD" which is interesting. Now. After many different people making promises to get it sorted. Nothing. Just more promises. Any reputable feng shui organisation. Or even one that just holds up an ethical code of practice would not operate like this. Many other people say the same thing. Big scam.
This situation is so sad. As people are buying then in the hope of wealth, health, Prosperity. This company does not care about that at all. Except for its own. It is happy for several people to take it in turns to write the odd email. Promising to look into things. This unscrupulous inefficiency is only matched by their relentless offerings of cheap/must have deals once you are buying from them. I receive so many emails aaking me to buy but non offering my refund. Absolute criminals
I purchased 2 bracelets. On day 2 one of them just broke and fell off. I contacted support and they told me to fix it myself. They were nice enough to send me numerous videos on how to do it though! Or they said I could take it to a jeweler to get fixed! Why would I PAY to get fixed? I want a return and they are now not answering me. I messaged on their site and they will not answer. SCAM of the worst type! And it is cheap china crap they sell.
Been waiting for tree weeks now, no phone's answer, the worst scam, biggest piece of s. T ever, and thanks for the 100 characters
THEEEEEE WORST SCAM COMPANY EVER! They email you that "there's still a little room in your box" to get you to buy more stuff from them before the process your order, and then they don't process your order if you don't respond. Finally, when the order never arrived, I asked for them to cancel my order and reimburse me credit card, and they procrastinate with more nonsensical emails, asking you to keep the order, even though you don't want it anymore (because I was giving my order as a gift, but the occasion had long passed since it was never delivered), and suggest to you to still give it as a gift to somebody.
THEN, after more time goes by they say the order is already in process and cannot be canceled, even though they said that weeks before and it had never left their facility.
THEN, they say that if you want to return it you have to pay for it to be returned to CHINA, when they have an address in Newark, DE.
READ THE REST OF THE OTHER REVIEWS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I'm reporting them to the BBB of DE.
I'd you want legit true quality "Buddha" inspired products it's best if you get them from the source. This place is a scam, they'll keep up selling you on products and good luck on returning anything. Once they've got your money you're not getting it back. Product quality is extremely poor and doesn't last. Stay away from this company.
I got a notice yesterday from Paypal. They will not refund my money even though I have no product. They do not protect us when going through their company. Beware. They said they side with Buddha Power Store AKA Squalet Pte Ltd. I told them I have numerous emails and also told them of other people having problems with this company and they do not care. They said pay or they (Paypal) will send it to collections.

PayPal finally refunded me in
June 2020
I have over 40 correspondence with Buddha. I ordered 3 items Dec 25 2019 and they charged me for 10 over a few days. I kept writing them stating I ordered 3 items but they just kept saying I have something in my cart, and continued to do so up into January 2020. I cancelled my order the same day as the order. Informed Paypal. Cancellation was prior to mailing. I went through Paypal, filed a claim. Wrote a small statement. They denied it. I called and they reopened it. I have called them several times explaining what this company does, nothing. They denied me again today. I have tried to find out where I could upload over 100 pieces of paper of correspondence to Buddha Power Store, nothing. Paypal denied my claim and did not even get any evidence from me even though I told them I had it.
I am now out $117.80. The weird part is Paypal refunded my AmEx and is charging me on their site.
Why would they do that? Why would they pay my AmEx and keep the charge on Paypal? WTH? What's going on?
I ordered bracelets end of october, received empty box in january. After 22 emails, lots of phone messages, these people do no respond like humans. Paypal wanted a complete police report of refund my 40 dollars. And more effort than i am willling to give. Be warned. Don't know what the game is here, but don't get involved with this outfit, They are evil.

Horrible bracelets cheap looking bigger than original size west money im not happy at all i wannt my refund
Bracelet looks nice however it is beaded on a weak piece of string and fell apart before I had it 2 weeks. Poor, poor workmanship!
My reason for this unfavorable review is to try to save other people, considering a purchase from this company, their money. I made a huge mistake ordering from this company. First of all they sent the wrong bracelets, second the bracelets are gaudy and overpriced, I wrote to the company to ask for return/refund instructions and received the standard "we're will look into the matter," letter. When their reply came they instructed me to send the bracelets back at my expense to China (around $40+ USD). I told them that it was their mistake and they should pay for the return. They would not accept the responsibility for sending the wrong item or agree to pay the postage. At this point, we are at an impasse and it appears that they intend to keep my money and I have two really ugly, overpriced bracelets that are bound for the garbage. They did suggest that I give them as a gift to someone; however, if I wouldn't wear these unattractive pieces of junk, I certainly wouldn't insult someone I like by gifting them this inferior jewelry. If your are reading this, I urge you to keep your money and stay away from this rip-off company.
I ordered like every trusting individual online. They charged my credit card 3 weeks ago. I try to track my order NOTHING! Again, I only bought because I thought it was based in the US and prices were in dollars.
Funnily enough, go online and find the same bracelets for half the price. They put it in Dollars to trick you and take your money.
I'm writing on behalf of my mother who I feel was taken advantage of. She tried ordering just one bracelet which she thought she added to her cart but when all was said and done she was charged and shipped a total of 7 bracelets. Not to mention that though the company website lets you believe you are dealing with a company that has an office in the USA, its actually located in China, in fact, that is where they want you to ship the unwanted merchandised back to.
The phone number listed also is never answered so don't waste your time.
I really wish I was able to curb my mother from ever purchasing from them. Being a senior citizen doesn't afford her the kind of hassle and financial mess that this company seems to take advantage of.
FRAudulent and liar store. I ordered 1 bracelet they made it 2 and charge me for both. But every time i track my order there is NO record of my order. Every time I track the status of my order there is NO record.
I have purchased my items from Buddha Power Store last July. So far, my bracelet has been pretty lucky. I am at least $15,000 richer since I got it! No joke! I think to help you with good luck, you need to believe in it's power, say a little prayer, always be grateful and share a portion of what you get. Also, always, always, be kind! Actually, I want to purchase more stuff but I can't find my discount coupon that was sent with my previous purchase. I know I can afford it now, more than ever, but hey, I still want my discount which was at least 20 percent(I think they gave me more for future orders so I want to look for it). Thank you
I ordered 1 bracelet for $19.95 and was charged $49.95! This place is a ripoff, scale artist. Do not order from this company! Their thieves! Also, no way to contact them!
