When I ordered the ring I apparently pressed the wrong key on the computer and the size came up as J, way too small. I called the company to request a replacement for the correct size and they responded immediately, going above and beyond to deliver the correct ring to me in time for Easter. Natalie was amazing. Efficient and approachable. I couldn't have asked for better customer care.
