I love my beautiful new pearl drop earrings that arrived in the mail as promised and on time. They look beautiful but my only concern was that the first time I wore them they came out of my ears and fell on the ground. Fortunately I found them around the house so didn't lose them. I have since put little plastic stoppers on them and look forward to enjoying them for many years to come.

Whilst my earrings and stretchy ting are pretty, I did think the earrings would be a bit bigger, so the photo shown on site is Misleading despite the measurements given, we can't all visualize or measure accurately. My ring is disapointingly too big for all my fingers, so I need to get in contact about that to see if it can be rectified.
Hi Dianne, Sorry to hear that the you are disappointed with your purchase. Unfortunately, the stretchy rings are one size and cannot be adjusted and as for the earrings, the measurements are given in the product description to avoid any confusion with the photos, especially when dealing with small items that need to be edited to show the item.
Great quality product at a reasonable price, hardest decision was choosing only 1 item! Easy to use ordering system and fast handing.

I have reviewed the order system and note that you placed an order at 1039am on the 14 July and it was shipped via Eparcel Registered Australia Post at 3.29pm the same day. Once your order is picked up by Australia Post it is out of our hands and control. As stated on our website and Australia Posts website delivery can take between 3 -10 business days and today (24th July) is only day 5 so we are still within the stipulated delivery times. We have contacted Australia Post and have been advised that there was a sorting error which has been rectified and your parcel is on its way to you with delivery due by Thursday 28th July.
