I was disappointed to find that the earrings I had ordered were not like shown. The picture had been very much enlarged. The earrings were in fact very tiny.

Photo showed pearl on chain, ordered 3 sets, received only chains as apparently pearl was not included in the price. Was refunded less postage.

I paid a Sales consultant on the Saturday for a gift then sent my friend into the shop on Monday to select the gift. My friend was told there was no voucher for her and the consultant knew nothing about it! She and I were very embarrassed!
