The necklace you purchased didn't fit into the packaging that we had left with the Staircase Logo on it and unfortunately due to COVID-19 we are experiencing delays with our custom packaging. We did provide an alternative gift box for the necklace
Very easy process shopping on line and quick delivery. I love my black n white pear bracelet though a little disappointed with difference in size between the black (quite small) and the white pearls. Just a shame there wasn't one or two similar size black to the white ones. Overall it is a lovely bracelet. I understand it was well reduced in price so perhaps this is why...

The product description on the website clearly states that there is a mix of pearl sizes on the bracelet and it is part of the unique design of the bracelet.
Absolutely delighted with the quality of my new double strand pearl bracelet with rose gold and diamanté clasp! Lots of comments... a stunning, now favourite, piece of jewellery.
