Very happy with products I ordered (freshwater pearl silicone bracelet; silicon necklace band) - and response and delivery time was commendable. I hadn't seen silicon paired with pearl in wristbands or necklaces before - I highly recommend it if you live in the tropics or sweat a lot. The product is easy care and very comfortable and I predict will be long-lasting.
They do not respond to emails or refund requests. I was charged a lot more than sale price advertised and although happy with the product I was overcharged $90. When requesting a refund of the difference as they have a 120 day refund policy, I have not had a response.

We contacted Australia Post who had carried your package through two facilities as a "delayed" package according to the tracking number. Then it had somehow dropped off the tracking history. So it is still being searched for by Australia Post. In the meantime, in good faith to you as a long standing customer and to keep our five star customer service ratings, we have sent out a replacement bracelet for you. Our Mandurah Store has contacted you also by phone in regard to this and also given you the new tracking number.
