I visited Mandurah on Sunday and walked passed the shop which was CLOSED, so on my return to Perth, went on their website, ordered the beautiful pearl necklace that I had seen, and I received it on Wednesday!

The picture on your website show the pearl as black not the light blue I received. It does state in the description the pearl has blue tones. I should know better than to shop on websites as descriptions are not always accurate. I will gift this piece to someone else. In future I will invest in more expensive pieces maybe that might work. I loved the style so ordered the earrings in sterling silver. I received the incorrect product which was disappointing and created a lot of inconvenience to me having to take time out of my work day to go to the Post Office and return the incorrect item by Registered Post. I emailed the the email address on the website twice to report the error but received no reply. I finally rang the phone number listed and spoke with Susie who was very helpful. Its a pain when you work full time to have to go to the Post Office to collect the original delivery as I was not at home. I then had to go to the Post Office to return the item and then return again to the Post Office to collect the correct order as once again, I wasn't at home when it was delivered. The earrings are lovely though and Susie was very apologetic for the error.

My brother took me into Broome Staircase Designs for a 21st birthday present… so lovely of him to have that idea. The two ladies were so helpful and the experience was more than pleasant. I came out with two beautiful pairs of earrings, the quality is amazing and the pearls are just divine. I have recommended to friends and will definitely be back for more!
Prior to placing my order I asked a few questions via email and I received a response within an hour. Delivery time was excellent and the product (a pair of Broome pearl earrings) exceed expectations. I do recommend this vendor.
I called the business at that stage the lady was really busy said she called call me back next day. The next afternoon I received her call back I ordered my items and within days I received them plus a small gift I was most impressed.
I am very happy with Broome products, last year I ordered elastic double pearl ring (i lost my previous one) and I know I ordered the correct colour but the other colour (gold, silver & white) was delivered its still nice but I would have liked to be informed before ring was dispatched - I did receive a gift though it was very nice gesture...
