I ordered what I thought was blue peacock studs earrings to match the mabe pearl that I also ordered. But sadly they didn't match earrings black pearls button type. Maybe my mistake not sure but was a bit disappointed also the quality of the free necklace was disappointing it does say somewhere on the site that they would match the colour. Anyway not sure if I will order again.

On walking into Broome Staircase Designs we felt immediately welcome in such a friendly way. The salesgirl was so helpful with information on the pearls and jewellery designs. The range of jewellery is stunning at all price levels. When visiting Broome or Mandurah this will be my go to for purchasing. Thank you for the lovely experience

The bracelet I bought was reduced from $300 to $150
The first time I wore it I lost the pearl charm!
I visited the Mandurah store to get it replaced and discovered the charms are not soldered on but just have a silver ring to hold them on! I'm glad I didn't pay the full price! They replaced it with a new bracelet and dragonfly charm and then put a new pearl charm onto a parrot clasp which I thought was ok, but everyone says it looks awful!
I would never buy from them again!

Myra was very helpful & polite. I purchased a beautiful pair of earrings, however, I found out my granddaughter would not wear that particular style.
I returned the next day & Myra was able to suggest some others (similar to ones by grand daughter picked out) and exchanged them, no problem
