I did not received he item I ordered I asked for a BLUE Mabe pearl but was sent a white one. I already Have a white one. With my order came an illustration of the blue pearl with my instruction which said I would prefer blue tones. I have contacted them twice through email and I am still waiting for a reply Very disappointed. The white pearl is lovely good quality and design but was not what I ordered.
My husband and I recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Broome. We visited Broome Staircase designs and were impressed with the friendly service and knowledge of the local attractions. I love my pretty pearl ring and we will be back again for our next milestone!
On entering the shop, female staff were very attentive, spent time with me in my choice of ring,
And was custom made to my liking, one pearl put onto a silver band ring of my choice!
So happy with stunning ring, on collection on my ring, I ordered a necklace to made up from a pearl of my choice

I was very happy with the service l received. Helpful, friendly and the purchase process was easy. My only disappointment is even though l paid express postage Australia Post has advised me it will take 2>3 weeks for delivery. As this is a special birthday gift the recipient won't receive it until well after their day.
I purchased the pearl ring in gold. It arrived in a few days and looks like the picture on line.

Just like the promptness of the delivery, the only downside was that Australia Post left it the letterbox, even though it was meant to be signed for. And l was home at the time.

Very impressed with the quality and quick delivery of my order. Although, I would have liked an extra little gold bag, as I bought two pairs of the same earrings for two gifts not one.
Finally purchased this ring after a few months of eyeing it off on the internet. Was a bit wary of purchasing it online and wanted to see it and try it on first. As I couldn't get to either of the shops I took the risk and ordered it online. I spoke to Susan at the Broome shop before purchasing it and she was really great. Assured me if it didn't fit I could swap it for the correct size. It was very quick to arrive in the mail even with the Easter break in between. Susan made sure it was posted the day I ordered it. I love my ring and took Susan's advice and ordered up a size. It fits perfectly. I am so happy with the whole process. Thanks so much!
I visited the store in April and found is clean and pleasant. The staff member was attentive and allowed me to try on multiple items until I found the perfect piece. She was helpful but not pushy. It was a lovely experience

The very nice lady who served me was really helpful and understanding as I knew nothing about pearls. She made my day actually as I left knowing I had bought a genuine salt water pearl at a great price for my wife's 30th wedding anniversary. Couldn't be happier
Wouldn't honour there mistake with price listing on site and instead I got a refund before I managed to speak to someone. So yes pretty disappointing.
