Hi There, I enjoyed a really happy and satisfying shopping experience with Myra. I am so please with the purchase of my pearl and gold ring and it will always remind me of our holiday in Broome. I visited just about all the jewellery stores in Broome and found the ring I liked best at your store. Myra was not at all a pushy sales person and allowed me time to make my own decision about what I liked and what I didn't like or want to spend. At other stores, I felt pressured into trying on jewellery that was not of my choice or within my price bracket. Many thanks Myra and I hope we return to Broome sometime soon. Also, I will be inclined to check your website for any online purchases due to this positive experience.
Disappointed that the bangle I received did not match the advertised photo. I realise all pearls are individual in colour and lustre etc, but the ones I received were much paler in colour and not as true as I expected.
Bought a pearl bracelet. Wasn't on display but I'd seen it on the website. Lady went out the back and got it. Tried it on and got it straight away. Very happy.
I cant thank Broom Staircase Designs enough. A little error on the website made my order unavailable but, they replaced both purchases with something better. Again, I'm blown away with their customer service and integrity. It was a 60th gift for a very close friend and now, I have a sister to purchase for now.

Visited the Broome shop. It had lovely pearl jewellery. The shop assistant was so helpful. I also ordered online and the service has been excellent.
We had just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. We were travelling around australia and Broome and a Broome pearl were on m shopping list.
We had a lovely lady assisting us and were very happy with our purchase. As well as a Broome pearl it had a Kimberley diamond. Another tick off thr bucket list.
