I purchased a pendant online and it arrived the next day. Super quick. The pendant was bigger than I thought it would be and the size of the pearls on the boab tree where too big. The shell base that the Boab gold tree was backed by was not fixed to the tree and was free to move around. I would have been happier if the tree was fixed to the shell and the whole thing was smaller.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. We were made to feel special and they were there to help us with whatever we wanted, even when we couldn't make decisions about things. We visited frequently over the course of the week and were remembered each time and welcomed. One lady wsa going to see if she had an earring to replace my lost one! They were just lovely and good fun - make the experience fun. The products are also beautiful.
