Suzy was so helpful a delightful, absolute pleasure to deal with at the other end of the phone. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you Suzy. Packing was secure and super fast. Highly recommend. You definitely won't be disappointed.

I had it in my hand within 10 days and I had been kept informed along the way - no worries about if or when it may arrive and in what condition. Broome Staircase Designs were a sheer delight to deal with as the pendant was something that my late husband had researched on line to buy for me and they handled the purchase with delicacy, understanding and absolute efficiency.
